SAVHE Hotel Binhe Times Shenzhen

One of my favorite hotels that I’ve ever stayed at - so much attention to detail in the room / hotel design, an absolute joy to stay in. Staff are attentive and helpful. The meditation room and various included meals throughout the day (breakfast, afternoon tea and ‘midnight’ snack) are nice perks. Will definitely stay again!

200% recommended hotel, if you are planning to stay in ShenZhen!!!! I don’t recommend nor leave reviews often, and only make the effort when I’m really impressed. The hotel was the best experience, and best value one we’ve stayed in Shenzhen. Things that stood out and made a huge difference to the stay: - 24 hr free laundry service, as we always stay for 4 nights or more, doing laundry was a headache. We were able to call the front desk for a staff to pick up our laundry in the morning, and by the time we came back the laundry will be clean, folded and steamed outside our door. - midnight snacks from 9-10:30pm. They also serve free afternoon tea however we were alway out and never got to try it, but two nights we came back pretty late and ate at the midnight snack, noodle soup, skewers, veges, braised beef, and congee/rice and fruits. Was a delicious meal and just what we needed. - THE CURTAINS ARE SO GOOD QUALITY!!!!!! Always when we sleep at hotels, the curtains will have a gap or isn’t strong enough to block out light. This hotel had amazing automatic screen and curtains that together, closed, made the room pitch black. Many times I woke up thinking it was still dead of night because of how black the room is, but it’ll be almost 10am. Best sleep I’ve had in a hotel. - memory foam pillows. There’s two type of pillows, the traditional plushy ones and there’s memory foam which is what I use at home. Loved it, never had such a home like sleep in a hotel. - Drip filter coffee packs with handles that you can hang on the side of your cup and pour hot water in. None of those espresso coffee pods, this was one of the best hotel room coffees I’ve had in SZ. - heaps of staff and always helpful, friendly. Never had an issue finding help from a staff either via calling from the room or asking in person. Very very helpful. -location, right next to a massive shopping centre with heaps and heaps of coffee, milk tea, restaurants, shops, banks, mobile branches and a food street close by. There are many more little bits and pieces here, but these were the ones that wowed me, for someone who comes back to ShenZhen to see family every year, best hotel I’ve stayed in for the best price. Will be 200% booking this hotel again next year! Thank you for the amazing experience.

New hotel so facilities look clean and pleasant. Most staffs are trying to deliver higher class service but I believe still alot to improve. Surprised to have free laundry service! Location is ok, but customers drop off is a problem as taxi are not able to drive in to drop off at entrance. Toilets are separate, good in some ways, but never understand why shower areas will never have hooks, where are we suppose to put our dry clothes? Well, this happen at most hotels in China now, but I just don't get it.

Super nice hotel w great location and aesthetic deco. The pillows and quilts are super soft and good for sleeping. Also breakfast is exceptional!!!

Was a nice clean hotel, 15 minute taxi ride to the centre of shenzen, so not ideal if you are looking for central location, but overall it was a nice hotel.
