復活節假期與老人家前往深圳吃吃走走，訂了一間雙床露台房及這間大床（無窗房）。長輩睡好一點，所以他們的房間連稅五百多元港幣，而我這間是最便宜的房，便宜$200， 所以沒有期望，但很有驚喜！ 房間很大，有個小角落可以打坐或喝茶；酒店有「小度」，乾淨、水力強，除了有　USB及type C頭可以插線便汄電外，或有一個無線充電器可用👍🏻 交通方面，酒店就在中山公園站C出口旁，像我們去南頭古城的人來說就超級便利。 除此之外，特別要讚賞房管職員及前台！因為我大意地留下了太陽眼鏡🕶️忘記拿走，退房後一個多小時突然收到酒店電話，我才知自己漏了東西，但那時我已坐了車去福田，沒有折返。由於我不多北上，所以最後嘗試看看酒店能否幫忙直接寄回香港。很驚喜和感動的是，前台即時答應，還第一時間便找順豐寄件給我，這種服務和態度，絕對是五星級！所以下次再來深圳過夜，或者朋友來南山這邊玩，一定要選金翠😄

I recently stayed at the Golden Jade Hotel near Nanshan Zhongshan Station and had a mostly positive experience. Room Quality: The rooms are very clean and new, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The modern amenities, including an excellent ToTo toilet that reminded me of Japan, added to the overall comfort. Location: The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being right next to the station. This makes it easy to get around and explore the area. Unique Features: One of the standout features of the hotel is the robot delivery service. It's a fun and efficient way to receive items directly to your room. Additionally, the bathroom features automatic electric glass, which can be amusing to try. However, it's worth noting that not everyone might appreciate it. When one person is taking a shower, the bathroom light is very bright and can disturb the other person in the room. The sound of the shower water hitting the glass can also be quite loud. Air Conditioning Issue: The only downside I encountered was the air conditioning. It would automatically turn off every morning between 8 to 9 am. Despite my efforts to turn it back on, it would shut off again after a while. I asked the staff about this issue, but they were unsure of the cause. They mentioned a possible timer, but I couldn't find any way to set or disable it. Overall Experience: Despite the air conditioning issue and the quirks of the bathroom glass, my stay at Golden Jade Hotel was enjoyable. The cleanliness, modern amenities, and convenient location make it a great choice for travelers. However, it would be helpful if the hotel could address the air conditioning problem and consider adding a few more hook for hanging towels for guests.

Супер отель! Очень чистый, старый приветливый и готов помочь с любой проблемой. Мне разрешили выехать после 12 (около 3 часов дня) по моей просьбе, также постирали одежду и принесли в номер. Рядом с отелем - парк, вид из окна красивый! Рядом также находится старый город, где много кафешек. Также рядом несколько спортзалов, где можно позаниматься разово. Осталось очень довольна, не хотелось уезжать ! На фото вид из окна (с балкона)

We bookes two room one was upgraded which was great another one was small. Great staff.

離地鐵比較近，出來就到。 房間還算安靜，晚上開窗風還比較舒服，總體算性價比還算比較高的，出行比較方便。

飯店就在地鐵旁非常方便，且飯店算很新剛拉皮過，提供機器人送餐，這真的很便利，可以整天都不用出門，唯一缺點冷氣聲有點吵，風速要開1才能睡

非常滿意，房間非常乾淨，沒有任何異味，有智能馬桶和機器人送餐，酒店樓下步行就是地鐵站口，去任何地方都非常方便，前台親切友善

很乾淨，地理位置就在地鐵站旁邊
