Yutai Hotel Apartment (Dongmen Pedestrian Street Luohu Port Branch)

I chose this hotel for trips between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The room is spotlessly clean with meticulous hygiene standards. Staff are welcoming and quick to assist. The air conditioner cools the room efficiently, and Wi-Fi runs smoothly. The free shuttle to service to Luohu Port saves the hassle of taxi waiting. It’s extremely convenient for cross-border travellers, and I’m satisfied with the overall stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and well‑maintained. The hotel staff were polite and helpful, responding quickly whenever I had requests. The air‑conditioner worked excellently, keeping the room nice and cool. The Wi‑Fi was reliable and fast, perfect for work and watching videos. Everything was well‑kept, creating a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other visitors and would choose it again for my next trip.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with the 5th Line Dongmen Subway Station M Exit located directly below and close proximity to the Old Street and Guomao Subway Stations. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the Dongmen Food Street. The Jinhuaguo and Wanxiang City shopping malls are also nearby. The hotel also offers free Luohu Port shuttle services, making travel and crossing the border extremely convenient.

The room was exceptionally clean, with no dust on the edges. All necessary amenities were available. The air conditioning provided excellent cooling, keeping the room consistently refreshing and cool. The overall living environment was quiet and comfortable, meeting all the needs for daily living. The experience of staying there was very pleasant.

We booked 2 rooms; one room needed a bit of maintenance while the other room was acceptable. For example, the tap areas were rusty and there was condensation on the floor. When the exhaust was on, could smell cigarette, but otherwise, the room did not smell of it. Already gave these feedback to the service counter, and the staff were warm and responsive, agreeing to check these issues. Hotel is located in H-KingPlaza tower A. There is a subway station downstairs which offers service to line number 5. The view from the room was also nice.

The location was perfect right next to the station. And the view was great. There were no problems in the room and it was clean.

Perfect accommodation choice for cross-border trips. The room is spotlessly clean. Cooling air conditioner and smooth Wi-Fi bring great comfort. It is within walking distance of Dongmen. The host is responsive and provides Luohu Port transfer. The service is reliable. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back next time.
