"The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the beach, and there's a restaurant downstairs too. The sea view from the balcony is beautiful, a full 180-degree direct view of the beach and ocean! The service was excellent; the front desk helped me call a taxi and recommended places to eat and things to do. It's a shame the weather wasn't ideal, but I'm planning to come back again in the summer!"

"The room faces the sea with a fantastic view. The front desk upgraded our room for free. The balcony has a bathtub, a very nice design. Hotel highlights: They offer shuttle service, not just to the ferry station. On our check-in night, we wanted to go to town for some seafood, and thanks to Mr. Deng, he drove us there and even picked us up. Breakfast: Noodles, porridge, and steamed buns were all delicious. The hotel's cocktails were also quite good. There's an outdoor swimming pool, which is very clean."

"I've been to Shengsi many times, and this hotel is by far the most reasonable accommodation. The street food stalls are a rip-off – expensive and not good at all. The hotel owner recommended going to the county town for food, which was a great tip; it was both affordable and delicious. Renting an electric scooter from the owner to tour the island was also fantastic."

"It was my first time to arrange my own itinerary. I compared many hotels and finally chose this one. The result was unexpectedly good. After my first night, the sound of the air conditioner affected my sleep. After talking to the landlady, I decided to change the room. I was very touched. The second night was very comfortable. I had two lunches at the boss’s house. They all bought fresh seafood from the market and cooked it themselves. It can be said that the cooking skills are as good as those in other restaurants. The boss caught the seafood today. I also helped with the processing, which is really full of praise. Before leaving the island today, the boss taught us how to book a boat at a low price. We learned from it and we will come again next year. We will also choose Xinyue. Thank you to the boss, wife and family for taking care of us for 2 days."
