"The first-floor room was semi-basement, damp and a bit musty. The third-floor room was better. However, the hotel is old and the design has some issues. It was quite a walk from the lobby to the room, and the key card couldn't open the back door; I had to run around a lot. I won't choose this hotel again."

"My wife and I had a fantastic experience at River Bluff Farm B&B! Donna was a superb host. She was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us great suggestions of local points of interest. She also made a delicious fresh breakfast for us every morning. The property was beautiful with a great view of Shenandoah River from the house. It is also an easy 30 min drive to Shenandoah National Park. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing Bed & Breakfast in the Shenandoah Valley this place is for you."

"Delightful spot in a quaint town. Wonderfully clean, well-appointed room. Some other reviewers mention breakfast, but the new owners don’t provide breakfast. Which is just fine. They do have a Keurig, fridge (with a freezer that WORKS!) plus a microwave, so mornings are just fine on your own. Loved the outdoor space, vegetable garden and just plain sweetness of the place. Kudos."
