Best Western Plus the Quays Hotel Sheffield arvostelua

We enjoyed staying in a hotel despite the fact a sauna was out of order. The staff is very professional and helpful. The room was nice, clean and well equipped with everything that you needed for a short stay.

This hotel sprang an £8 parking charge and a £50 deposit on a check in which took more than 25 minutes and has not returned the deposit, something very dodgy about this place and should avoid

Fantastic hotel, delicious breakfast, definitely recommend

Hotel was in a decent location was abit of a walk to the city centre. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Best hotel so far

There wasn't much need for service with a one night stay but, it looked as though if needed, it was there. Location was OK if the canal side bars were accessible through the rear of the lobby but it was locked so had to turn a 2min walk into a 10min walk but not the end of the world. There were hairs in the bath and some rubbish in the corner of the room but other than that, all was fine. Loved they had an iron and ironing board but the cover was a little grotty. Overall, I'd stay again.
