Very smooth booking process and very convenient location just off the M1 motorway and just a 10 minute walk from Carbrook station for the Yellow Supertram into the city. Again just another 12-15 mins ride. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Particular member of staff, Lisa whom works in the bar restaurant area at weekends was particularly lovely. Treated you like a member of family, really looked after us. Thank you to you and the team

Excellent service amazing staff friendly staff. Excellent location clean hotel got light in close to wales. Heating working well. Close to Wales possibility the best hotel I've had in Sheffield. Peace and love atmosphere thank you xxxxx

Holly+ Rachael based on my experience I have had top quality service; unbelievake pint pouring ……… Great laugh, highly recommend coming here..:::::…………… good fun and joy, good laughs can’t wait to come back again, really really enjoyed myself

The bar staff was really friendly and it was excellent service, we asked about local amenities and they were very helpful in directing us about. I would highly recommend this place on the staff alone, if possible I’m ever back in this area I will ask to stay here.

Our stay was as good as it gets, the staff, were extremely helpful. In particular Chloe, who really helped us feel at home and went above and beyond to make our visit as fantastic as it was. We would 100% stay here again if ever we were in the area.

Amazing stay and excellent members of staff, Chloe and Holly were spot on! Can’t fault the service that was provided by them. Breakfast and evening meal was really good, food came in good timing and was also really hot! Excellent rooms also. Would definitely stay again.

Nice, clean hotel. This is a great place to stay the night. The meal deal is good value. The restaurant was busy but that the staff, lead by Rachel, were amazing. There was only 3 of them but they worked SO hard. The premier inn are lucky to have such good staff!

There was roadworks outside my room window until 3am which kept me up all night. Not only was it noisy but our room was shaking as well. Maybe bad luck for my family that night but I do believe they should have not allowed people to book the room if it was going to be like this. I won’t be taking my chance again at this hotel just in case as it’s close to the main road.

Travelled for Ice Skating competition weekend, hotel was fab, clean and staff were super friendly specifically the breakfast staff and room attendants ! Only complaint was the huge hike in price for the Sat night at over £200 ! Extra bed in family room very uncomfortable if travelling as family of 4. Great for access to Meadowhall shopping mall 👍
