Great location for city centre though no parking, entrance lobby and bar area very presentable. Staff spoken to came across as friendly and approachable. Only 1 lift working. Never saw the spa area to comment. Room spacious, bathroom with bath and shower separate - shower very good rain fall. A mini fridge is a nice addition to the room. Would have expected some fresher milk condiments rather than UHT jiggers. Basic tea/coffee condiments. Our room overlooked the winter gardens roof. The window does not open (which could be a deal breaker in warmer months). Rather quiet. Bed itself..... terrible! Old pocket springs that desperately needs replacing or at least topping. Was like trying to sleep on a death rack ... massive let down! Awful nights sleep. Hair dryer did not work. If wasn't for the shocking beds/mattress I would consider staying here again especially due to price and location. However the main reason you stay somewhere is to sleep ...and that was not a nice experience at all here.

Hotel was modern, clean, comfortable. I stayed for one night with my 8 year old. Our room was upgraded, we loved the pool and steam room, reception staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, my daughter loved chatting to them and it made our stay really special.

Extremely kind staff at welcome, updated our room to higher and with a great view over the square. Clean, wide room, very large bed, nice big glass windows. Easy checkout.

This was the cutest hotel to come to with your partner. the staff was so lovely and the place was so beautiful, I would definitely be coming again!

Robin, on the reception desk, was very professional and friendly and gave me a very warm welcome and a great first impression. The hotel, being directly attached to the Winter Garden, has a great central location and is less than ten minutes by foot to the train station (which is all wheelchair and suitcase accessible). All the breakfast staff were also attentive and helpful even early in the morning.

房間非常大，是我在英國住過的相對比較大的房間。但是酒店房間設施很陳舊可以看出來是一個年老的酒店。不過體驗很不錯。值得預訂。

They charge nearly double what most hotels in the area do because there's a spa. But they charge extra for pool use after you get there, and you could visit it and pay the same if you're not a guest. They also don't allow children in the pool most of the day, which didn't come up when I specified I was bringing a child. So we had no opportunity to use the pool. It's also not the hotel advertised! ******************************************************************* you've probably seen this image they're using. It's not there! That's a nearby building they like the look of. Moved the TV to the left so it aligned with the bed. Pic attached. Gross. Wanted to take my card when we arrived. I know that's becoming more common, but it needs to be called out. I'd paid up front. Nobody needs my card details just in case they want to charge me for something.

1. 窗户台桌子都是灰 2. 環境還可以，在教堂旁邊，離市中心不遠 3. 服務很差！前台辦理入職的時候愁眉苦臉，愛答不理，在他們酒店丟了東西，並且價格不低！退房後一個小時就聯繫了他們，説沒看到，但是我們非常非常非常非常確定就在房間裏，並且説了明確的位置，但他們説沒看到，打電話也極其敷衍！請問你們酒店是真的沒看到還是欺負中國人還是有什麼別的問題？！為什麼不去嚴查每一個服務員？這件事情希望酒店、攜程必須給我一個交代！ 4. 設施老舊，擺放位置，設施大小和照片不符

It is a very nice hotel, spacious room and friendly staff. They listened to my request. I had requested for a room near the elevator because I have walking difficulties, and they managed to give me a room right opposite the elevator. Besides , the environment of the restaurant where we had breakfast was good, also quite a lot of food and choice of drinks. Many thanks.

Really nice location with spa/pool attached but at a additional cost

一進大堂感覺不錯，服務還行，房間面積大，但是設施太老舊了，沙發、桌子…，很有年代感；位置比較好，出行方便。
