The resort was beautiful a lot of activity for kids, nice weather, hotel staff has good knowledge. Will visit again as this time round came for my daughter birthday. Hotel waz really clean and welcoming, no issues checking in or out. Everything went smooth

Check-in was great, we arrived at 2 a.m., despite the late hour we were fed and then taken to the room. The room is clean, the cleaning is daily, we are completely satisfied. The staff at the hotel is polite and helpful, always friendly and ready to help in everything, which is important, they speak Russian. The water park is perfect, the children and we really liked the slides. The food is excellent. We would love to come back and advise everyone)

The hotel is nice and clean with plenty of pools and slides for all ages. We had two adjoining rooms which opened up onto a pool which was great. They also have a shuttle bus to take you to the beach. Buy your snorkels from the UK before you go as they will be better quality and cheaper. All the staff were very friendly. Our housekeeping person, Mahmoud Hosny was brilliant, very helpful and always helped us if we needed anything. There was always plenty of food, drinks and ice cream available most of the day with 4 buffet restaurants and plenty of choice. They also have a great outdoor area with stage called Neverland. It's huge and fantastic, however the shows are very poor and this shows with how many people attend. They play music, western, Brazilian, Indian etc. and just have dancers dancing to the music. What we need is something different, Egyptian singers/bands, belly dancers or traditional dance, acrobats/stunts etc. Finally, take an atm card such as Revolut or Wise as the foreign currency machines do not work with plastic pound notes.
