Отель держит хороший рейтинг благодаря своим сотрудникам - они крайне настойчиво предлагают постояльцам оставить отзывы. Отзывы пишутся под присмотром сотрудников. Объективно - 3 из 5. Собственно, это и рейтинг, и звёздность. Ни о каких 5 звёздах речь не идёт. 1. Чистота. Тотальная грязь в номере в тех местах, куда не достаёт глаз. Огромные слои пыли. 2. Ванная комната. Сантехника старая и ржавая, в ванной поюзаная шторка. Санитарное состояние ванной вызывает брезгливость. 3. Номер. Мебель ушатана. Белая роскошь из Юрского периода. 4. Еда. Однообразно и не очень вкусно. Качество столовское. К сладкому вообще не подойти- ужасно. 5. Пляж. Хороший пляж, 300 метров от отеля. Риф: бедный, мёртвый. 6. Расположение ок, центр Наамы. 7. Сервис. На троечку, все контакты с персоналом какие-то травматичные. Общая оценка: неплохие три звезды для тех, кто не был в хороших отелях. Если были в хороших - лучше не надо. Я от качества удивился, поскольку был ранее в сети Jaz, все было неплохо

酒店沒有接送服務，距離機場很遠。酒店門口有坑人的出租車，酒店也不管。前台英語也不標準，歧視中國人，白人一來就先服務白人，不給小費態度就極差。房間異味重，衞生間洗完澡水堵塞，第二天早上還下不去，衞生間垃圾桶也是壞的，門也是壞的，床也非常小。我們辦理入住後還沒有給我們手環，早上吃不了早餐，又搞了一個小時才搞好。整體都非常差 住了一天立馬換酒店！

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

Let’s start on the positives the first impression of the hotel was wow looks really good clean and tidy a big restaurant, then pool area is very big and we had an upgrade to a deluxe room on the ground floor with pool view which was a great location. The life guards especially Yousef were great lads and the bar lad never stopped supplying the drinks. Going back to the room if this was a deluxe then god help us what the basic rooms were like because this was definitely not deluxe.The food well breakfast was fine but that’s were it ended for a supposedly 5* it was no where near it was beef and rice and other forms of meat and was repetitive my wife was constantly eating salad food so we ate out! The beer was not the best and I can drink any beer! This hotel could have the makings to a very good one but is lacking in a lot of areas! And it’s a pity the General Manager never comments on constructive criticism! Weather was gorgeous also!

Hôtel magnifique. Personnel souriant et très sympathique malgré la difficulté de la langue.. étant français... mais merci google traduction . 😀... Chambre très propre.. personnel attentionné et agréable.. merci à notre gentil homme de chambre.. chambres...certe vieillissantes.. mais d'une propreté excellente.. Personnel très respectueux... hélas non respectés par certains clients.. merci à eux pour nous avoir fait passer un séjour exceptionnel. Hôtel idyllique.. plage de l'autre côté de la route... très proche et propre... Personnel tout aussi appréciable... Dans l'ensemble... séjour 100 % recommandé... Piscines fraîches... mais peut-être dues à la saison.... Merci a boire petit serveur du restaurant pour son sourire et sa sympathie... ainsi qu au personnel du bar... des serveurs... surveillants de piscine.. etc... Merci au jaz sharm Dreams Hôtel....... ❤️ ❤️

amazing hotel, great facilities, great staff, they treat everyone amazing, made us feel like royalty, they have great entertainment for the kids and adults i very much recommend this hotel absolutely amazing. These staff in particular dom, lisa , amair , and youssif

Always good experience. Been there for 5 times for one month. Tried many hotels but this one the best. Would like to come back for one month next year again. Very friendly staff. Good beach and pool. Thanks everyone for hardworking in this hotel!

Мне очень всё понравилось! Классный отель, разнообразное питание и обширная территория! Отдельное спасибо организаторам и аниматорам, всё на высшем уровне!!! Советую всем к посещению, отдохнёте точно от всего, это прекрасное место!

The location of hotel is very perfect as in the center of sharm el shikh and the staff is friendly and so nice especially Bassant guest relations its so friendly pools are very beautiful and big and room is so comfortable and there is an iron and its very important for me thank you 😊

Avoid this hotel. It is not 5 stars hotel less than 3 stars. Food awful, everytime the same, just one meal different on any time. So a lot of money spent out for the food. The waitresses care just about russians people, for any different country they been very rude and unhelped. Do not believe in nice reviews because they have animators who is taking the phone and write the super reviews. Even the last day they told me they will keep my suticase in special room, no way… they put outside of the hotel and anyone could take it .. Even after check out they took my bracelet away so I could not eat and drink anymore… Really I won’t come back there anytime … Not worth the money
