Every hotel needs a Panoo! We have just returned from a 2 week all inclusive stay at the coral beach holiday resort travelling from 7th March to 21st March. Check in was quick, we had to wait about 10 minutes to be taken to our room. Once we were settled in, we went for food at the main buffet then came back to notice the electricity in the room had gone off. It did take them around 30 mins to come and fix. Anyway this hotel is absolutely beautiful. The resort is massive! Very clean, modern and well kept. The pools are lovely, cold but lovely. There is a warm pool that they do the activities in, a kids splash pool, a large pool, a quite pool and a shallow pool. All really nice and clean. The animation team here are great but we have to mention one special person. Panoo he is just unbelievable. This guy needs a promotion he is absolutely fantastic at what he does. He is the only one who gets everyone involved in the activities. His energy is just amazing he deserves the world and more. The way he interacts with the guests, the children. Everybody adores him literally all the guests can’t stop singing his praises. The staff are what made our holiday not gonna lie. We have travelled all over the Caribbean, most of Europe and we have to say the service we received here, tops everywhere we have ever been. We felt like we were one big family with all the staff it was just amazing. They literally cannot do enough for you. Coral Sea I hope you realise how lucky you are to have the staff that you do. We have never felt so at home on holiday in all our lives and for that reason, we will be coming back in November. Food is ok. We used the al a cartes every night as we didn’t enjoy the buffet unfortunately. It was pretty much the same most nights and there wasn’t much to choose from. The bar staff - wow these guys work so hard religiously every single day. They are up and down the pools making sure everyone has a drink. Please tip them. They deserve it. Special mention to Ahmed, he doesn’t stop. We adore every single member of staff it really is hard to mention all of them. Staff in the food court - wow!! Again they just cannot do enough for you we really do adore every single one of you. I have to mention the guys in the red and white uniform who sit round the pools. Twice we witnessed a child nearly drown and when I say the staff acted quick… they acted quick. They are absolutely fantastic at their job they are on the ball and hats off to them for doing their job. I honestly cannot find anything to moan about because everything was spot on. We cannot wait to be back in November to see all the amazing staff we now get to call friends. Panoo - keep being you my friend. Your Liverpool friends adore you!

L’hotel è molto bello ci siamo trovati veramente bene, ci ritorneremo sicuramente, l’unica pecca è il cibo è un po’ troppo speziato però per il resto ci siamo trovati bene, l’animazione è stata molto educata e gentile, ci siamo divertiti davvero molto nel partecipare a tutte le attività che l’animazione ci ha offerto, vorremmo ringraziare in particolare Edward che con i suoi modi di fare ci ha fatto stare bene, ci ha fatto ridere e scherzare, vorremo congratularci con lui perché è stato veramente molto gentile e solare con noi. Siamo rimasti davvero contenti della vacanza che abbiamo fatto. Vorremo anche congratularci con Sara la Guest Relation italiana che è stata molto gentile con noi.

Just home after the nicest holiday, we throughly enjoyed our stay here. So much choice for food options as you can book 4 different al a carte restaurant on the resort, for us though are biggest reason we would return is Panoo and Shanai they made are feel so welcome and they are so good at their jobs constantly getting you to join in on their activities a asking you if you are having a good day. Could do enough to help the hotel should be grateful them have such an amazing team.

We had an amazing time at the hotel — it’s perfect for families! The atmosphere was so fun and welcoming, and there was always something to do. A big shoutout to Shanai from the animation team — she was absolutely brilliant! The kids loved spending time with her and really enjoyed all the activities she ran. She was so friendly, energetic, and great at getting everyone involved. She definitely made our trip extra special. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to other families!

We have just come back from a week at the coral sea resort. We throughly enjoyed our week here. We have a 3 year old and she enjoyed herself so much. Credit goes to the animation team, to name a few Hollie, Panoo, Shania who work incredibly long hours and are always enthusiastic and so passionate about what they do. The pools were slightly cool but everything was so clean and the rooms are nice. The Al a cart restaurants on site are all lovely. We never had lack of choice and never had a bad meal. The waiters by the pool and in the hotel are always so accommodating and welcoming. The beach is so clean and the sea so beautiful. All in all a fabulous holiday 😊
