This place is cozy and has mainly everything l needed. The staff of all services are extremely friendly and excellent services.

Уютные чистые бассейны. Завтрак на «три». Номер прилично уставший, но, в целом, чистый. Прямого выхода к пляжу нет.

空港からタクシーで10分程で立地はすごくいいです。ホテルから徒歩30秒でマクドナルドや2分で小さいスーパーもあり便利でした。部屋に関してはシャワーは少しずつ使ってくださいと張り紙があり、気をつけたつもりでしたが、部屋が水浸しになりました。。また小さい虫の死骸が部屋にいたのも気になりました。ですが、安かったのと、トータルで考えると満足です。

All inclusive de dimensiones pequeñas pero acogedor. Comida muy bien, variada, rica. Habitaciones cumplen. Piscinas amplias, una de ellas de agua templada. Tiene a dos acceso a dos playas, una en frente, Gafy, (aprox 200 metros de distancia); Y otra playa ubicada en la otra punta de Naama Bay, que podés llegar caminando (aprox 20/25 minutos por unas lindas calles) o en bus (a cargo del hotel). En la playa del Gafy podés observar peces de colores desde prácticamente la orilla, es precioso.

I came here by myself, the staff were always super willing to help and very friendly. They seemed always anxious to accommodate you and greeted you with alot of politeness. The kitchen should have produced more vegetarian options in my opinion. The hotel was very clean with very hard working cleaning staff which always put in extra little touches like towel origami.

Lovely small but well maintained hotel, beach is average.

Stayed for a week. Credit in particular to Ghaleeb, Taha and Abdullah and the 2 life guards who couldn't do enough for us. Very dated hotel. Rooms are clean but in need of complete updates. Worst AI I have stayed in. Food bland and repetitive. Dry chicken and fish. Salad with no dressings or dips. No snacks anywhere other than dried up pastries under cling film on the bars. Pool bars x 2 with staff that one day were nice to you and the next ignored. Often noone serving at both. Not allowed wine until evening meal. Pools ok. Entertainment team especially Sàari lovely. Despite one hour of show at night there was no atmosphere and everyone felt compelled to be in bed as AI stopped at 10pm. Nowhere nearby without a taxi ride and then defeats object of AI when you have to go out. Not on beach and crowded shuttle bus to Kalimera beach always full. Beach was nice for food and snorkeling. Some inappropriate talk from main barman which I won't go into but was so unprofessional and made my hubby and friend very uncomfortable. Checkout day we were forced to have our wristbands cut off and were only allowed water and juice from reception. Not allowed lunch even though had arrived late evening so not full seven day service. Suppose for what we paid we got a reasonable deal but sadly wont go back. Not proper AI and needs renovating and improvement on evening entertainment.

A special break to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary we booked a week all inclusive. Big mistake. This is never 4 star. Food is disgusting, same rubbish every day. We booked a luxury room with views and balcony and another single room. The luxury room was 2 star, no views, no balcony, poor shower. The single room was located a long way across the complex and was little more than a prison cell. No window, TV didn’t work, nor did phone. Everything comes at a cost, no gym, sauna, spa, jacuzzi etc. unless you pay - £360 extra for the three of us. The manager is ignorant, rude, offensive and disrespectful just a sly smile and no help. After 48 married years travelling to 36 countries, this is one of the worst experiences ever and we will never return.

Recensione onesta sull' Oriental Rivoli & Spa. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo alloggiato lì una settimana, dal 7 al 14 aprile. Eravamo piuttosto preoccupati viste le varie recensioni negative sui social ed invece ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Ovviamente premetto, siamo due giovani che viaggiano low budget, ci interessa poco della comodità, del lusso, dell'animazione, della movida e del cibo "gourmet", siamo estremamente adattabili, per cui ci aspettavamo molto poco. ○ Accoglienza: siamo arrivati molto in ritardo a causa dell'eterna fila ai controlli passaporto (ritardo che ci ha anche fatto perdere il transfert), il check in è stato rapido, chiaro (ci hanno consegnato un foglio con tutte le indicazioni utili scritte in italiano) e nonostante il tardo orario, fuori dalle ore previste del buffet per cenare, ci hanno portato in camera un enorme vassoio con cibo vario e buono (panini, verdure, frutta, patate, zuppa...). ○Camera: come scritto sopra non ci aspettavamo chissà cosa, ma la stanza era spaziosa, pulita, il bagno con una grande doccia, asciugamani, sapone bagnoschiuma e shampoo, phon per capelli. In camera sono presenti anche una TV che noi abbiamo acceso giusto una volta per curiosità (ci sono anche canali italiani) e un condizionatore che nonostante qualche difetto, a tratti non andava lo swing, faceva il suo lavoro. Avevamo la vista su una delle tre piscine con un balconcino piuttosto confortevole ed il wifi prendeva perfettamente. ○Staff: sono tutti molto carini, non sono invadenti, rispettano i no e non pretendono nulla. C'è un negozietto all'interno del resort, il cui proprietario è carinissimo ma i prezzi sono veramente altini. Si parla tranquillamente inglese e anche italiano. ○Cibo: personalmente avevo un po' paura perché sono un po' schizzinosa su alcune cose, ma mai non ho trovato qualcosa che mi piacesse o che potessi mangiare. A colazione molto buono la stazione cucina che serve omelette condite come desideri e crepes con marmellate, miele e cioccolato. Dentro il buffet invece c'era una grande varietà salata e di cornettini, cose dolci, oltre che il classico latte e cereali, frutta, succhi e acqua ovviamente (molto comodo per poter riempire le bottigliette per stare fuori il giorno). Un pochino frettolosi i camerieri, ma mai invadenti e sempre disponibili. Pranzo e cena un po' ripetitivi ma credo ci avesse scocciato la modalità buffet più che il cibo vero e proprio. Mangiatevi il pollo, lo fanno benissimo! I dolci anche un pochino monotematici ma non sono male. Molto buono il melone. Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi di nessun tipo pur mangiando verdure anche non cotte e bevendo cocktail con ghiaccio. Hanno anche una stazione per la pasta, ovviamente non è come qui, ma con un po' d'inventiva la pasta aglio e olio non è male! ○Spiaggia: per noi è il vero punto debole. Il resort ha una spiaggia convenzionata a dieci minuti di navetta, che ha solo un tot di posti e passa in varie fasce orarie. L'abbiamo usata solo un gior
