Sheraton Sharm Hotel, Resort, Villas & Spa arvostelua

Sheraton ist eine bekannte Marke die ich seit vielen Jahren kenne und schätze. Mein Eindruck (2024 Dubai und Bangkok, 2025 Sharm) ist das nicht mehr erneuert wurde, und die Infrastruktur kommt ins Alter. Die Lage ist gut, der Strand ist sehr gut und gut organisiert. Der Preis war sehr vorteilhaft, aber, wie ich vorort erfahren habe, kommt das daher das 2 der 3 Pools geschlossen waren und Bauarbeiten im Gang waren; das hätte ich gerne bei der Buchung erfahren.

Gönül rahatlığı ile gidebilirsiniz. ***et temiz ve konforlu. Deniz dalmak için şahane. Havuz biraz soğuk( Ocak ayında gittim) yılbaşı programı çok iyiydi. 2. kat Temizlik görevlisi Abdullah, Havuz bardaki Kameel, Bardaki Mahmood'a özel olarak teşekkür etmek isterim. Animatörler de ***et başarılıydı. Yemekler lezetli otel temiz.

入住等了好久，風景很不錯，但是酒店嘛，我楞是沒找到哪裡可以買到水的，吃的很符合歐美人口味，酒店裡麪的物價真高，按我在開羅的消費這邊的價格你可以直接砍一半我指打車按摩之類的，埃及所以機場的消費都狠貴，能在外面買的，就不要在這裏買，舉個栗子500ml的水，外面小店埃及人買可能衹要3埃鎊，機場酒店外國人買價格就得到30-50埃鎊，你在外面小店買可能外國人他賣你10埃鎊左右。

這個酒店我覺得就非常絕了，尤其這個酒店的海灘是真的可以，再加上我覺得這個酒店的早餐也是我去這麼多酒店非常可以的

Otel genel anlamıyla güzel. Manzarası ve konumu cennetten bir yer gibi,,, Yemekler idare eder, daha iyi olabilirdi. Otel çalışanları güleryüzle ve ilgiyle davrandılar. Sharmın geneline bakacak olursak insanlar problemli , Taksi , alışveriş bunlar baya problemli tekrar geleceğiz 🙏

酒店氛圍超喜歡 住了兩次了 沙灘 餐廳 小酒吧 都挺好 位置還算比較方便 離機場20分鐘

房間：房間是海景房，很漂亮，剛好能看日出，這是我選擇住在這裏的原因。 環境：這裏出去沒有商業，如果沒有訂三餐，衹能自己去餐廳付費自助了。 出行：如果你需要出行，那麼這邊可以代訂出租或者酒店的公務車，不過價格都很貴，整個沙姆沙伊赫都是沒有優步的，出行費非常昂貴。 海灘：這邊海灘人比較少，珊瑚不如有潛水店的地方的珊瑚羣漂亮，我們專門去了潛水店體驗了一下，那邊人就很多了，很熱鬧，外面的餐館就餐也很方便，價格便宜。 衞生：第二天服務員給我們做了個浴巾花很喜歡。不過床單被子底下有個疙瘩，我覺得不太舒服，我比較挑剔吧，另外就是被子中間是個小毛毯，也不是被套裝進去的，而是兩個被單夾住，睡着中間被芯就跑了，讓我蓋空了，睡的冷的很。衞生做的很到位。

很美，服務人員服務很周到

沿海有沙灘可以浮潛 高性價比 但是租車服務的人 非常非常非常差

Firstly, the restaurant service was fantastic. Particularly Mr Abram, who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The three star review does not reflect his overall service as, to be honest, I would have given the hotel 2 stars but for Mr Abram's service, which on its own would be 5 stars. Moving on to the actual hotel, the swimming pool was out of action and there was continuous noise pollution for the duration of our stay which was unexpected. The food was lacklustre for the most part and we even had to go out to eat two of the evenings. The staff were all friendly however and did do their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

We stayed in Sheraton for 10 days in total and found ourselves happy with our stay. We had a room on the 4th floor which was always spotlessly clean thanks to our cleaner Elsayed who brought us towels, bottled water and anything else we could’ve possibly needed. The beach was huge and all sunbeds were all a good distance from one another so you could have your privacy. The reception staff did a fantastic job finding a place for us to stay at 2am in another building due to our flight being recheduled and the hotel being full at the moment of our arrival. We’d also like to say our special thanks to the entertainment team who made our stay special with them being so friendly and energetic. We joined them for a bunch of activities on the beach/pool throghout our stay. There’s nightly entertainment as well such as karaoke nights and evening shows which were a fun way to finish the day. It was such a great holiday and we would not hesitate to return

It’s our second time coming to Sheraton and we are really satisfied with our stay at the hotel. One of the main reasons we chose to return was the hotel staff - all of the workers from housekeeping to hotel management are genuinely nice people and always doing their best making sure each and every person are happy with their stay at the hotel. We were upgraded to a room on the top floor since we wanted to be closer to reception, the view from our balcony was stunning. The two à la carte restaurants were great in both service and the food, we highly recommend the Italian one. Special mention to the entertainment team whose positive energy was making us want to get up and join in for some zumba or water aerobics. They have many events on offer throughout the day however it is very unobtrusive which is great for those who just want to relax. Foam party on the beach was great. There are 2 main pools - one is quiet and peaceful (cave pool) while the other one has all of the entertainment happening. We’d like to say thank you to everyone who made our stay at Sheraton great and we’ll be happy to return again for the third time.

Третий раз в этом отеле, сейчас еще в нем ( поездка с 3-10 мая), но это не отдых. Оплатили улучшенный номер, 2 500 долларов за неделю за двоих, поселили с видом на разрушенный, в процессе реконструкции бассейн. Переселили в другой, но мы рано обрадовалась, просыпаемся в 8.30 утра под рев строительной техники- ремонтируют над нами террасу перед рестораном, весь день до вечера, отдохнуть в номере невозможно. Сегодня- апофеоз: не могли попасть в номер в течение двух часов- до 22.30, сломался эл замок, все это время его чинили. Отель разваливается. Не рекомендую к посещению категорически! По крайней мере, пока идут строительные работы, о которых никто не предупреждает.
