بوفيه الحلويات والطعام سيء للغاية والعصائر والمشروبات الغازية سيئه للغاية عدم الاهتمام بالنزيل عند البارات تعامل جداً سيء لا يوجد سناكات بين الوجبات الحجز الشامل لا يشمل العصائر الطازجه والقهوة التركي الشيء اللذي تحتاجه لا يشمل الحجز الشامل كل شيء يحتاج دفع حتى لو كان حجزك شامل جميع الوجبات والمشروباات موظفون الاستقبال سيئين لا يوجد ماء فقط عبر اكواب لا يوجد زجاجات ماء فقط بالغرف يحاولون استغلال العميل بأي شكل من الاشكال الاكل متكرر شبه يومي لا يوجد تغيير في الطعام ويقومون بوضع كميات قليلة جداً السمك يضعونه بدون تنضيف والروبيان خصوصاً وعندما سألت مدير المطعم قال لي عليك تنضيف الروبيان انت عندما تأكل

Ruoka erinomaista. Se mikä häiritsi lapset sai huutaa ja juosta ympäri ruokasalia ettei ollut miellyttävä syödä. Voisi laittaa toiseen saliin huutamaan keskenään koska tilaa oli runsaasti.

這是我住過最差勁的一個酒店，沒有之一。服務態度差，房間設施差，三個房間有兩個房間空調壞了，換了一個房間竟然門會常常打不開，叫服務員過來開門就會要小費。我的房間床墊是塌下去的，下午跟他們説要換房不同意，説給換個床墊，換了一個晚上都沒換，三個房間都沒有WiFi，氣的我最後一晚都沒住，改了行程回開羅，再住下去我的腰都要睡傷了

Staff not friendly , if you pay money to staff they will be Servise you should f not pay they will not care about you , specially mr minar work in bar of pool is very bad service and he give you the drinking as like charity, and I told the manger about him but he don’t make anything even he did not apologize.

Really nice hotel the staff are here are all amazing. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to come visit Egypt. It’s not all pyramids and desert what I thought I’d be like. It’s an amazing culture with friendly people all around the staff here are absolutely incredible and so nice. There is entertainment every day and every night and the entertainment team are so lovely.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, the kids club has been the best bit my daughter is so happy there, Emz always has a different activity for them and it’s so creative, She always wants to go whenever it’s open, The food is good too and so are the rooms.

معلش في رساله حابب اوصلها للإدارة علشان معرفتش اوصلها وانا في الفندق. حضراتكم مشغلين شخص وللاسف الشديد ده واحد اسف مش محترم جدا كل معملتو للاصتف بقله ادب وبجاحه زيادة عن اللزوم وهو . مستر زكريا مدير المغسله للاسف مدير بالاسم لأن هذا الشخص لا يستحق أن يبقي مدير لان الشخص ده غلاط حتي وانا ماشي استغل الفرصة اني ماشي من الفندق قام غلط فيا من غير ما احتق به وكان الغلط قدام رجال الينفورم غلط اكتر من مره لحد ما عصبني وللاسف محدش اتكلم معا لأجل أن هوا مدير وانا باص بوي بس عادي متشكر جدا على الغلط اللي طلع منو ولاكن الكلام يرجع للاداره أنهم يشغلو اصتف بالشكل ده . م. زكريا لا يصلح بالعمل في السياحة تماما

Really nice hotel the staff are amazing entertainment team is also really good children friendly the kids but his kids activities are fun and entertainment. Girls always give us information daily. Would love to come back here. We also came to the hard rock with Emily and Megan with an amazing night.

What can I say, there is a place called Heaven. The staff here at the hotel is 100% excellent and couldn't do enough for you. GOOD POINTS Housekeeping (2089) Mahmoud, was spot on in keeping the room tidy and nothing was an issue. Pool bar (Dolphin pool) Kareem, worked so hard and was flat out at all times and just kept going. He is an asset to the hotel. Restaurants ( Sultans) Food out if this world and staff again 100%. No problem if I needed chips when none were out they arranged. Mangagement Spoke to Essam alot throughout our holiday and if something was wrong it was sorted straight away. I will be returning in July 25. BAD POINTS Mosquitoes, cover your legs during the evening as the blighters will get you. But after speaking to the rep ( Caroline) we had the room sprayed every night and they did go round with a kerosene smoker.

My recent stay at Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland in Egypt was unexpectedly delightful. The staff were all helpful and friendly, but Caroline from guest relations stood out for her exceptional service. She even went above and beyond to assist us with a problem on a dive trip that was not organized by the hotel. Initially hesitant about the hotel chosen by friends, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided. The rooms were clean, beds and pillows incredibly comfortable, and the food surpassed our expectations. The à la carte restaurants were a pleasant surprise at this price point. Although the location was a bit far from the beach, the overall experience was truly impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel for a genuinely nice experience.

Day 4 here for myself and my son who is a wheelchair user the resort is quite accessible for wheelchairs although some of the ramps are quite steep The staff are very friendly and helpful but u do feel obligated to give a tip whether it’s bar staff or room cleaners. So would recommend you take Egyptian pounds for tipping The food is ok you will find something you like from the choices. If you like salad dressing please bring your own as they don’t offer any that you would recognise I would recommend booking the Indian restaurant here. The food was very good albeit a bit spicy for me but that’s because I am a wimp lol There are no drinks in your fridge as there is on most inclusive resorts I have been on My son doesn’t think there are enough disable toilets on the resort so if you are a chair user best to check out where they are on arrival Entertainment is not great a barely lasts half an hour but the sun sucks the life out of you do you’ll probably be ready for bed by 10 unless you are a karaoke fan There are no snacks available and ice cream comes at a cost this was a bit of a let down that they charge to your room for ice cream All that being said we found it to be one of the cheapest hotels in Egypt so maybe you get what you pay for Have a lovely time if you come here
