滿意很好啊

Excellent service. Kudos to LAM of Front Des for being so polite and kind, same with Fiona and Tina. also, thankful to Jack of Holiday Inn Restaurant breakfast buffet staff for being so helpful each time.

新，乾淨，舒服，交通方便。

Hotel industry is supposed to be called hospitality industry but I was shocked to know the way they treat their customers it was a total waste of time and money. Many Chinese brands of hotels are much better than Holiday Inn. Very bad attitude toward customers request. If anyone is looking for inviting trouble should book holiday inn this is exactly what they are. In short problem with food, problem with room service, problem with room cleaning and many more can go on and on. So my suggestion is better avoid Holiday Inn I made a mistake thinking it’s an international Band of hotels but it Isn’t not worth 2 star also which they clam to be 4 star.

先説客房，宣傳説的寬敞舒適完全是虛假的。一進房間，空間小得讓人窒息，轉個身都費勁，感覺像住進了 “鴿子籠”。放個行李箱後，幾乎沒有落腳的地方。衞生間更是狹窄，淋浴間小到稍微動一下就會撞到玻璃門，這體驗感簡直太差勁了！     再説説自助餐廳，真的是毫無可取之處。服務員的服務態度差到極點，面無表情，愛答不理，問個問題都很不耐煩，完全沒有一點熱情和專業素養。至於食物，花樣種類少得可憐，放眼望去，沒幾樣能勾起食慾的。熱菜區的菜品要麼涼了，要麼味道奇怪，完全沒有用心烹飪。甜品區更是簡陋，就那幾樣普通的蛋糕，還做得乾巴巴的，口感極差。     這次入住真是糟透了，花了錢卻沒有得到應有的服務和體驗，韶關摩爾城假日酒店，真的不推薦大家來！
