"Excellent value for money, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The windows were sparkling clean, and the wooden floors in the room were so polished they reflected light. They were very generous when we asked for extra water bottles. The bathroom ventilation was also superb, and the mini-fridge actually worked well, unlike in some hotels where it's just for show. Definitely lives up to its reputation as a long-standing five-star hotel. However, it was quite inconvenient that food deliveries couldn't be brought up to the room and there was no robot delivery service; only medicine could be delivered."

I booked in advance, and the driver patiently confirmed the departure time – very attentive and polite. Shantou Station round-trip transfer service for two: Excellent! Late check-out until 3 PM (subject to availability): Yes! They will try their best to arrange late check-out based on the actual situation."

"Brought my parents to travel in Shantou and we booked two rooms in the Mehood Lestie Hotel. The hotel is right in the city centre which makes getting to the places of interest extremely convenient. The MixC shopping mall and the famous Longyan South night market are also within walking distance. We got a free upgrade to bigger rooms on the same floor, which is a plus point. The rooms are neat and clean, the environment is pleasant, and sound proofing is in place. We had a good night sleep and had no issues with noise whatsoever. The hotel also provides free tea at the lobby for guests to help themselves to. Overall, we are very satisfied with the hotel and service."
