An excellent B&B and very good value.
This is a marvellous B&B. As well as the obvious advantages - location on seafront, free parking, quiet (adults only) the rooms are modern, fresh and well-appointed, we had a fantastic bathroom too. Breakfasts are made to order, good choices, beautifully cooked and presented and every day we were offered a freshly-baked pastry to take away for later. However, the big selling point for this place has to be the fantastic welcome by the owners- friendly and helpful but not intrusive, nothing too much trouble and very knowledgeable about all the places of interest on the island. Service over and above all expectations and a genuine interest in delivering the best holiday experience for their guests. Wish all B&Bs could be this good, it helped to make a brilliant holiday. Go there if you get chance!!

Exceptional stay
We really couldn’t fault our stay here.
Jo and Andy are super friendly and very welcoming.
The room was lovely (we had the suite with the bath with a view!) Bed was comfy and the bathroom was huge!
Breakfasts on both mornings was top notch. Everything cooked perfectly by Jo with fantastic service ftom Andy. We had the full English and eggs Benedict.The freshly cooked pastries are a nice touch too, packaged to take away for elevenses.
Will definitely return if in the area again and highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the island.

Amazing weekend getaway
Great weekend spent in the IOW
The accomodation was superb, warm welcoming arrival greeted by Andy to show us to our room.
The room was clean, cosy and fully equipped, fresh towels and toiletries, a little fridge with water and milk and variety of tea and coffee (topped up each day)
Breakfast was amazing cooked by jo, nothing was too much trouble at all.
Jo and Andy are a lovely couple and cant wait to go back!

Wonderful place with great hosts
Andrew and Jo are the perfect hosts. They were very welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable, very clean, and modern. Breakfast is very good, with warm pastries to take away with us. The location on the sea front is perfect. Definitely a place we would visit again.

Nice place
Looked after very well. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options. Room was a very good standard and decorated well . The tv was very hard to hear and a long distance from the bed , other than that all good

Great Stay!
We loved our 5-night stay at this great guest house. Jo and Andy are brilliant hosts, nothing is too much trouble fof them, and the breakfasts are amazing!
We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit the Isle of Wight. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Stay
Fantastic stay . The hosts couldn’t do enough for us , very obliging , helpful , informative, friendly . Hotel is in a prime location with added convenience of parking . Breakfast was amazing , and the pastries to take away is such a nice touch / gesture . We will be returning back next year .
