I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. The amenities were excellent, especially the breakfast selection and the reliable Wi-Fi. Overall, a very pleasant experience—I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Very beautiful hotel, in a typical ******* style. Close to the Lake Napa, I had however thought after reading the hotel description that it would be giving onto the lake and not just the view so we were a bit disappointed by the location. However, the rooms and hotel in general are beautiful and the staff is very nice

The hotel was large and spacious . Owner so kind and so helpfull. The toilet was clean and upgraded. Im as muslim very comfirtable with the toilet. So very recomended to muslim tours and other. The food also nice 🥰

在香格里拉的最後一天訂的藏式的住宿，真的很驚喜啊！環境特別美特別好！我們一頓拍！然後可能那天衹有我們在，老闆娘給我們升了觀景房，景色超級美！房間也很乾凈！然後之前看評論説製氧氣的機子聲音有點大會吵，之前還有點擔心，但其實真的聲音挺小的，我睡眠挺淺的一點兒沒感覺。老闆家裡都特別熱情！早上下去吃飯，老闆娘讓我們先去烤火，然後跟在家一樣我們聊天，早餐特別豐盛，婆婆還會叫我們慢慢吃，走的時候跟我們説拜拜，跟我奶奶一樣的感覺，體驗感特別好！下次我再來一定長住這裏！

感受藏民族特色的絕好住宿點，老闆一家人熱情好客，三母女總是在關心遊客的需求感受，讓遊客找到回家的感覺。

具有典型的藏式風格。房間比較大，旁邊就是大片的草原，自駕住宿方便。

面對納帕海，景色無敵，房主藏族人，一家四口，小舅子幫忙拿行李，早餐的油條好吃，酥油茶也好喝~比住古城裡爽多了~
