Nice and big room and helpful staff. There is a washing machine available that you can use if you need it. We could store our bicycles inside the building. The only thing you have to know is that there is no heating system in the rooms if it is not winter.

Good location which very close to each attraction point at Ancient town in Shangri-La but overall the furniture and amenities is quite old. The quality of toiletries provided are below expectations but value for money

I don't know what kind of accommodation you can get in a hotel in Malaysia for over 100 yuan, but in China, it is very cost-effective. Also, if the hotel facilities are outdated, why do you stay for several days without changing to another hotel? And your 3.7 point rating really affects our business. If you're not satisfied, you can choose not to stay or leave the rating, but your rating is very unfriendly to me

The location is in the ancient town. However, transport could not enter. So we had to drag our luggage around 8mins to the hotel. The room was unexpectedly spacious. The heating system in the room “saved” us from freezing. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Coincidentally joined them to celebrate the birthday of the owner😆

Clean rooms in the middle of the busy part of the old town. Very friendly service. The floor heating system gets activated between 8pm-6am which is sufficient and keeps the room warm until 9-10am. The beds come with heated blankets as well. The only thing I didn't appreciate so much was the dim light situation in the bathroom where the only mirror was. It was difficult to get in my contact lenses.

The room is really cild during the day when there is no heat, we got first room without a door to the toilet, and the heater worked really bad, they switched our to another room. Except it the room was big, clean and great location

The place is amazingly located and the view for the room is one of the best in Shangri-la. The couple that runs the place is very nice and helpful even not speaking English. The map didn’t show the exact location but the owner came to get us. Totally recommend.

房間大體都挺好的，挨着樓梯，唯一不足的就是衞生間馬桶坐墊會晃動，有時候坐下去蓋子就倒在了身上了，衞生間有異味一直開着通風，馬桶上有尿漬，自己打掃消毒了一遍。酒店在古城內其實一點不吵，就我住的房間發言哈。

超乎預期的完美入住體驗！強烈推薦！這次入住體驗真的非常棒，遠超預期！最讓我印象深刻和安心的是酒店無可挑剔的衞生從踏入大堂到進入房間，處處都乾淨整潔，一塵不染。房間內床品潔白清爽，衞浴設施光潔如新，消毒到位，連角落都打掃得非常仔細，細節控表示極度舒適！設施方面同樣令人滿意房間內的硬件設施齊全且維護得很好，淋浴水壓充足穩定，網絡速度飛快，辦公和休閑都很方便。酒店整體的公共區域和配套設施也都很新，可以在樓下拍寫真可以和老闆租電動車還可以包車純玩體驗很好。服務更是值得五星好評！酒店前台接待熱情專業，高效辦理入住離店。客房服務響應迅速且貼心，有需求時總能及時解決。工作人員態度友善，面帶微笑，讓人感覺賓至如歸，服務意識非常強。總的來説，這是一次在衞生、設施、服務三大核心方面都近乎滿分的住宿體驗。無論是出差還是旅行，這裏都是非常值得信賴的選擇，下次一定會再來！

โรงแรมตรงปก ห้องสะอาดและใหญ่มากห้องน้ำอย่างกว้าง เราจองแบบขนาดเล็กสุดยังกว้างมาก พนักงานของโรงแรมน่ารักและบริการดีมาก เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้โรงแรมมีลานจอดรถขนาดใหญ่ ใครนั่ง taxi มาสามารถให้พนักงานไปรับที่ลานจอดรถได้ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเก่า หน้าโรงแรมคือถนนคนเดินเลย ที่โรงแรมมีร้านให้เช่าเสื้อผ้า พร้อมตากล้องถ่ายรูปในเมือง ถ้าเราอยู่หลายวันไม่พลาดแน่ ห้องพักไม่มีแอร์ แต่เรามาเดือนมิถุนาอากาศยังเย็นอยู่ แนะนำที่พักนี้เลยถ้าใครมา shangri-la ที่นี่มีห้องที่มองเห็นวิววัดและถนนคนเดินด้วย ❤️

一到獨克宗北門不識路打去酒店找人幫忙点知同對方扮唔知我地係邊又話景点大同多過不來找不到只是重複說加微訊教我點去酒店但我的機號是香港號碼真的好難用微訊最後找了一個當地人同佢講佢至到來幫拿行李及帶路及後發覺他是老闆同之後發現行李箱一邊碌壞了害我及後用行李箱非常不方便原因是他當時常拿行李箱時飛快地單綠拖行而地面是不平的大石磚路所以對行李箱做成破壞。晚上酒店11時回酒店已閉木門入內地面通道漆黑一片需要用手機電筒照明回房。問老闆点去其他景点只說包車或租用他的電動車，其實並不是有公車其他方法。整體服務差酒店設備一般得個近同就腳。

Majoituspaikan vastaus: 首先你們兩位不會講普通話我問你們在哪裡你們説在門這裏我説哪個門附近有什麼店你很不耐煩的説門後面實在沒辦法我説加個微信你又説不願意加後面我説附近有沒有其他人然後我才説請附近的路人跟我接電話才知道你們去了離我們酒店400米處的北門（因為你們不會導航才跑到這麼遠）然後我馬上過來接你們跟你們解釋清楚你們高反是我照顧你們（如果是有點良心的客人就算前面的不滿意看在我給你們跑前跑後的份上也不會給差評）行李我都是用行李車拉的就是怕你們説這説那的放到你們房間之前都沒磕壞我們酒店這幾個月都是12點以後才下班你回來肯定是12點之後才回來的你問我租車的時候我説了可以包車也可以租電動車（但是從來沒有跟你説租我們家的而且你也沒租我們家的）因為我也很你説清楚了你們坐公交車的話你們會不會坐是你們説不會的現在你還説是我給你推銷電動車
