酒店服務超級好！店裡沒有電梯，店員小哥哥就幫我們把重重的行李箱送上房間，退房了也會幫忙把行李拿下樓，這點真的很細節！不然不敢想在高反的情況下怎麼拿行….. 店裡衞生還算乾淨。給的是一次性毛巾和洗臉巾。房間內也有免費的製氧機可以用，真好！之前去川西旅遊酒店的氧氣都是要要錢的！ 一個小插曲是退房後發現手機忘在酒店了，店員小哥哥還會很細心、很耐心地幫我們找回手機！真是謝謝！

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful and the location is ideal. The room was spacious (got upgraded) but the bathroom was basic. Overall a great hotel to choose for a stay in Shangri-La.

The place is near to the road and u will have no trouble draging your bags, the taxi can drop u off in front of the hotel, it is also Near to the dukezong, you can js walk if you want. The host is familiar with tourist communicate through wechat translate or google translet.
