Very good experience staying at this hotel. They provided free pickup from the railway station. Pickup was also on time. The staff very friendly and attentive. The room was very nice, spacious and fully equipped. Location inside of the ancient town, and walking distance to halal restaurants for Muslim travelers. Overall everything was excellent, would stay at this place if i visit Shang Ri La again in the future. Thank you!

Everything was excellent. The staff cannot speak English but we communicate efficiently through wechat. Despite language barrier, the service is impressive. They try to cater to our needs and fast to respond to inquiries. The hotel is modern and futuristic, with buttons to control almost everything jn the room. Having floor and mattress temperature control, having an oxygen tank with nasal prong which is especially helpful in high altitudes. The location is very near to old town and bus stop. Making it easy to access to scenic areas. We went to Balagezong from nearest bus station and was dropped off near hotel. Everything is excellent. Totally recommend a stay here (: great hotel with great staff.

The room was great. Owner is kind and he will help you if you have questions. Location is superb, close to Shangrila Ancient Town, Guishan Park, and the market by bike. There are lots of supermarkets around if you need daily necessities. For muslim travellers, there is one halal restaurant just few walks outside hotel. Overall, our stay experience was great 👍🏼 ^^

Everything is good. They even provide pickup service. However, there is currently having road construction work outside.

I’m from malaysia & every things about this hotel is so perfect. They provided pick up & drop off service from station for free. The host also very kind and helpful eventhogh i can’t speak chinese. I love the hotel because it keeps you warm and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again if i come to shangri-la. The distance from hotel to ancient city also not to far. Only 5 mins walkaway. I just love every single things about this hotel. The price also reasonable.

Amazing stay, extremely convenient and high tech. Room has all the equipment listed from floor heating to oxygenator. Every thing can be voice control when you are feeling comfy on your bed!! Service is excellent, hotel offers transport to airport or railway and helped us with booking of tours and stuff. Super welcoming!!

Highly recommended! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They responded to our messages promptly and took the time to clearly explain how to use the in-room oxygen supply. They also reminded us not to shower on the first day to help prevent altitude sickness, which was thoughtful. When I lost the access card, they assisted me without asking for any compensation. The hotel even provided transit service to the railway station. This was truly one of the best stays during our Yunnan trip!

Love everything about this hotel. From the service to the location. They even drop us off at the train station free of charge. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Very good stay. They help us carry our heavy luggage to 2nd floor. We take family room because we need space. Spacious room & toilet,well function heater in the room & toilet, great amenities with oxygen, near with supermarket and near with halal food too.. The location to old town also not too far. Can reachable by DD/taxi..

warm welcoming drinks, smooth transportation to n fro train station arranged by hotel, also very friendly staffs, every quiries also answered by lei lei on wechat regarding local eateries, shopping places suggestions etc. And a hearty gift of yunnan fresh flower cookies and coffee during check out. Free self service laundry with dryer. Highly recommended!

Staying for the straight 3 nights here. More than happy to stay. Location and service are at their prime! Really recommended 5stars!
