Stayed here for 4 nights extended two extra nights as the location is great , the room is huge and bright. Hosts owners are so friendly and helpful.

4월18일~21일까지 샹그릴라 고성에서 2박하였습니다 중국말 한마디못하여도 윗쳇으로 소통가능합니다 집건물자체가 지은지 얼마안되어보였고 우리는 투룸 .화장실2개 객실을 이용하였는데 보이는 전망도 좋았고 위치도 건물주인 직숸 모두 친절하였습니다 난방시설도 완비되어 있었고 따스한물도 잘 나옵니다 단지 냉잣고는 섮습니다

酒店很新，很乾淨，房間很大，有供養設備和空調，暖氣。。 酒店房間可以直接欣賞古城絕美風景！ 老闆也很隨和，酒店地點很棒，提前聯繫酒店，老闆也會來接送行李。。

Pick up from the railway station . The room is nice clean , with great views from both sides .help solve trip bookings issues

Beautiful homestay with nice, clean rooms and an amazing view from the room and the rooftop terrace. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, and also helped greatly with getting our luggage to the homestay from the North Gate, and back there as well.

3樓嘅特點係佢除咗有企缸之外，喺房嘅入面同埋企缸之間set多咗個浴缸,浴缸就正對住龜山公園，清楚見到轉經筒同旁邊嘅寺廟。房間聽亦都係對住同一個方向，所以都望到晒呢個景觀。另外，張床上面係有電動天幕，可以開到一塊長方形玻璃，玻璃尚算清晰，但中間有木條間開，稍為阻擋景觀。 房間嘅地板係有地熱暖管，所以唔會話好凍，而且亦都可以打開窗（有蚊網）通風。而且，當沖完涼對腳仲係濕濕的時候，喺地板上面啲水都好快乾。

服務很好。

Stop at north gate and call the hotel. They will send you a 3-wheel cart to take you and luggages to the hotel. It's warm in the hotel as there's floor heating. The room is nice. We stayed on the top floor and there's a small balcony which you can see a splendid view. Love the stay!

民宿位置很好，就在古城北門附近。房間內可以看到龜山公園的，而且離公園也很近。房內設備齊全而且很舒適。員工很樂於助人，有求必應。

雲邊酒店真的大讚！ 北門接送遊客來回 包括行李箱 雖然斜坡但是不影響！ 環境很好 在獨克宗古城 老闆娘人很好 每天都會換毛巾很衞生！ 而且還提供氧氣 地暖 要求一樓 免費幫我們升級房間😍😍 香格里拉必住！ 適合家人哦

Shangri-La Yunbian View Homestay (located in Dukezong Ancient Town) is up one of the street, offering close proximity to 四方街, where there are nightly traditional dance going on while not getting any of the noise. The room is clean, spacious and cozy with thoughtful amenities - equipped with heated floors, humidifier and oxygen generator with single-used tube to treat altitude sickness. A highlight (and life-saver) was the pick-up and drop off service from /to any point in the Dukezong Ancient Town with the 3 wheelers mini 'truck' —saving us from the struggle of dragging suitcases uphill over cobblestone streets (ki-clogging our way through). We got to ride on the back on of the truck with out luggage during pick up. The owners were helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Call the property to inform of your arrival and ask for most convenient pick up location. We extended our stay and had the opportunity to stay in 2 different room types. both rooms offered the panoramic views of the town and surrounding mountains. The family room featured two separate bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with 2 super-twin beds, each room has own vanity top, ensuite shower and a separate toilet. The twin room had two super single beds, a bathtub, a separate shower room and toilet, and a spacious vanity area. The homestay itself is bright and welcoming, with a lovely central sitting area, making it a great place to relax after exploring Shangri-La. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality!
