Best hotel we stayed in. Cleanliness was top notch. Hosts was kind. Special shout-out to Yao Qiang who went above and out of the way to make us feel comfortable. We are not fluent mandarin speakers but he helped arrange transport, tours and ordered food for us which truly elevated our stay experience. Breakfast was nice! 2 way railway station transport provided Afternoon tea was really good, still craving the snacks!! Tibetian outfit rental gave us a 1/2 day activity Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!

房間寬敞 民宿主人很好 幫我們升級了房間 走的時候還送我們去機場 民宿的貓貓狗狗很可愛很親人 還帶我們回房間 但是因為他們的羊走丟了 沒有了抱羊

民宿在納帕海附近，自駕去古城也很方便，停車位充足。住到了自己喜歡的房型，窗外景色很好，有地暖，晚九點後自動供氧。 一些拉好感的細節：一次性用具質量不錯，牙刷軟硬適中，中華牙膏，第一次遇到提供男士一次性刮鬍子用具的民宿（好評），有肥皂（好評）；飲用水給兩瓶景田和一大瓶農夫山泉，有準備飲料和小食；民宿主動幫忙提行李，適度熱情，i人友好，沒有主動要五星好評；院裏有一衹超級乖巧的薩摩耶大白。

酒店在納帕海周邊，租車的話，去周邊景區還是比較方便，房間硬件設施不錯，乾淨整潔，早餐的米線和紅薯很好吃，老闆幾個人都超級好，看我們不舒服給我們各種葯，服務很到位，酒店有兩衹可愛的狗狗，可樂和飯糰，我們到酒店以及離開飯糰都來送，狗狗脾氣都很好（親身試驗，體力不好不要遛可樂，可樂和周邊的牛有矛盾，我和可樂被兩波不同的氂牛追着在高原百米沖刺，很喘很絕望）

環境非常舒適，安靜 院子還有兩衹可愛的狗狗

房間很大，各種硬件設施挺不錯的，晚上會有供氧，住的蠻舒服，老闆服務也很到位，高反沒帶葯，立馬就送了葯過來，然後老闆家的兩衹大狗也很親人，挺有意思的

My stay in Shangri-La was truly memorable, thanks to the incredible hospitality of the hotel. Upon arriving at the train station, I couldn’t get a taxi, so I sent a quick message to the hotel via WeChat. To my surprise and relief, the staff immediately offered to come pick me up. It was a short ride, but during the drive, they shared interesting insights about the area, setting the tone for what would be a warm and personal stay. The hotel itself felt cozy and welcoming, with two dogs and a cat adding to the homely charm. They had my room ready early, so I could check in and rest right away. The room was spacious, fully equipped, and thoughtfully prepared for the cold weather—it had a large dehumidifier and central floor heating, which made it incredibly comfortable during the chilly days. The hotel is conveniently located near the Shika Snow Mountain, and from the property, I could catch glimpses of the snowy peaks, open grasslands, farms, and plantations. It was a peaceful and scenic spot—an ideal base for exploring the area. What stood out most was the attentiveness of the staff. They were always just a message away, responding promptly to every request. As a first-time visitor to Shangri-La, I appreciated the wealth of local recommendations they provided—from attractions to hidden spots worth visiting. One night, after a long day out, I asked for a simple meal in the room, and they delivered hot fried rice from the kitchen right on time. On my final morning, I had an early departure, and despite the hour, the staff woke up and personally drove me to the train station at 6:30 a.m. Their warmth and dedication left a lasting impression. The hotel also offers traditional ******* clothing that guests can try on for photos—complete with the option to pose with a goat! Although it was too cold during my stay to enjoy the outdoor swing or take many photos outside, the setting was undeniably beautiful. As we drove away on my last day, the view of flat grasslands with horses and cows grazing under the open sky was the perfect farewell. It was a calm, heartwarming experience—one I’ll remember fondly.

淡季到村子裏去住，附近環境安靜舒適。管家特別照顧我們給予載送的。不怕累的話步行到石卡雪山去是挺好的。

No regrets choosing this place! The best hotel so far because I have got 2 little doggy butlers making sure I settle down properly. SUPER CUTE DOGGIES TO GREET YOU WHENEVER YOU ARE BACK. The place was so clean with really great view and nice breakfast. I miss the doggies already. 🥹❤️ and not forgetting the friendly staff in the hotel
