Shangri-La Banxia Time Homestay (Dukezong Ancient City Branch)

We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La Banxia Time Homestay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shangri-La, Yunnan. From the moment we booked, the host was extremely responsive, keeping in touch with us for three weeks before our trip. They provided useful tips, such as bringing heavy clothes due to the cold and snow, which helped us a lot in preparing for our visit. One of the best things about this homestay was the hospitality. The host picked us up and dropped us off at the train station for free of charge, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. They also went the extra mile by lending us winter jackets at no cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. Additionally, they arranged a driver for us to visit the places we wanted to explore, making our trip smooth and enjoyable. The homestay itself was fantastic—spacious, exactly as shown in the pictures, and equipped with complete amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the hot blankets and oxygen supply, which were essential due to Shangri-La’s high altitude. The homestay also had a modern design while being located in the heart of the ancient town, offering easy access to everything. Beyond the comfortable stay, the host’s kindness and guidance made our experience even better. They recommended great places to visit and local restaurants to try, ensuring we had a memorable trip. 很熱心的老闆和老闆娘，特別的會照顧和提醒如何提防高反。房間內有製氧機，高反的人特別需要。關於行程的問題他們都可以給點建議什麼的。

The hotel owner give us a very service. They pick us up and drop us off to train station without fee. The hotel location is also great! The owner is very helpful, he help us to bring our luggage even thought the hotel have no lift. Also he help us to booked tour to balagezong. Lastly, he also let us use our hotel coat as we forgot to bring ours. Also this is the only hotel in china i stay that has bidet :)
