Amazing ambiance! Staff exhibit hospitality and excellent customer service. The room is spacious and beautifully designed. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I love watching Chinese Historical TV series and going to this hotel gives you an experience of the amazing past.

Chinese traditional decorated hotel with modern room renovation which is very Instagrammable. Hotel has side door access to nearby attractions. The only thing which is not on par with international hotel brand is the breakfast spread is lesser with average quality. Hotel did not offer to waive my child breakfast, unlike other 5 stars hotels we stayed during this trip.

Hotel is very Luxurious, a true 5 star hotel. Very close to Guangfulin attraction and the hotel itself was very beautiful and relaxing. Very generous bathroom amenities. Hotel reception staff could be improved, I was rather disappointed with their hospitality as they weren’t very informative with what our package included and needed more training. I expected more from a 5 star hotel.

My parents (in their 60s) absolutely loved the Chinese ancient and history vibes there. There are so much to see, eat, play. I brought my daughter to 欢乐谷 theme park to play while my parents strolled at the parks nearby. My daughter enjoyed the indoor kids pool and playground too. As i went there during Summer, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the evening/night time. Though there are insect repellents in every hotel room and common area, you can still see mosquitoes flying around.

The environment is very beautiful and peaceful. The hotel is right beside the park and has direct access to it. Staff are friendly and their service are very good. Special thanks to 泡泡 who helped us a lot and do extra miles to assist on our enquiry.

Enjoyed our stay here. Good breakfast good service, good hygiene and very relaxing with nice and peaceful ambience. Note that this hotel is about 1 hour from the city , if you would like to hangout in the city this may not be an option for you. If you prefer quiet and peaceful environment, this hotel is highly recommended.

One of the best hotels, especially if you want to have a taste of the traditional chinese culture. Environment is very attractive. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Stayed 3D2N during the Golden Week. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Were there for bday celebration and lovely hostess 小田（Xiao Tian) was very thoughtful and arranged surprise arrangement in the room for us. Another surprise cake when we got back from dinner. Kids had fun at the Children indoor water park. Breakfast variety was good. Had dinner 2 days in a row at Yiyuan Restaurant. Love the food! Hotel staff were all very helpful. Hotel is located right next to the Guangfulin Relic Museum. Beautiful architectures and sightseeing. Bit of the downside - room located at ground floor, balcony is facing walking streets. Not so much of privacy. Bathroom is spacious but toilet space is a little too small. I’m a petite size but i find it crampy. But of wear and tear in the room deco and carpet could be cleaned better. Gorgeous compound with a resort feel. Room were spacious and within the Guangfulin main attraction location which is currently still developing. Prefect place to chill and have a nice stroll within and near the hotel compound.

服務非常好！管家青竹提前加了微信，安排好了房間和床圍欄，到店就馬上入住了。並且給我們提前預約了怡園和旅拍。離店有東西忘拿了很快就給我們快遞過來了。酒店環境很好，古宅、園林很有特色。有小門可以直接進廣富林遺址公園。傍晚有掌燈儀式，結束後有講解。很適合親子，有小童樂園、萌寵樂園、親子水上樂園等。旅拍酒店套餐裏送了三張，另外的略貴，環境好所以還蠻出片的。怡園人氣很旺要提前預約不然可能要等，口味偏甜…早餐很豐富、品種很全，就算去的晚東西也還是很全。總體很滿意的一次酒店體驗。

宰相府酒店入住體驗非常好，還未入住前管家西柚就添加微信，貼心詢問了解到有小寶寶後提前把房間加上了嬰兒床，大床也加上了護欄，提示了旅拍服務，定晚餐怡園的訂位。從辦理入住到入住期間，酒店的服務人員態度都非常好，服務也很積極。本次行程的體驗非常好，以後還會去入住該酒店
