Prefect location, 5 minutes walk to Line 2 People Square metro exit 8 from there u can catch up any metro station, we went to Lujiazui, Jingan temple and Yu Yuan from this station, 10 to 20 minutes walk to Nanjing Pedestrian Walkway and the bund which is must visit place in Shanghai, lot of restaurant around where you can find local chinese food, there is many shop in Nanjing Pedestrian Walkway we spend almost whole day for shopping and went to the bund nite time, the view is really nice and worth to visit.

Definitely very good location for this hotel, especially i like to eat the bbq opposite this hotel and some dumplings restaurant besides. For food lover definitely gonna stay here. And its very convenient to go subway and nanjing pedestrian. But unfortunately we stayed for three nights only (total should be 8nights) cannot stand the cigarette smoke from other rooms . The smoke directly blown inside our room. Have to be got strong lungs only can stay this room because the cigarette smoke never ends. You will be sleeping in a smoke room. I can accept it is budget hotel , can hear people talking, walking , i dont mind. Just be prepare for the cigarette smoke

I have been on the non renovated room. Also please note! If you have kids and or suitcase, request clearly to the hotel to don’t attribute 6th floor rooms. The elevator goes until 5. Then you have to take a bit small stairs. Staff are very nice. Location is very good.

Located in a nice busy street, lots of places to eat, and a good vibe. The hotel is under renovation but did not affect our stay. The front desk is gonna look great once finished. They only give you one key card which works for the door, room electricity and elevator. We were two so it was complicated when one wanted to go to the store or something. Overall, a good hotel, I recommend it.

It's a budget hotel, so do not except too much. It is at an excellent location, close to a lot of attractions. Room could've been cleaner, but we didn't spend too much time in there, so I guess it was okay. Room and bathroom is smaller than on the pictures, so don't be surprised. There was a renovation going on, but did not affect our stay. The ladies at the front are nice and helpful, even though no one speaks English. I recommend to bring your products, like shampoo and shower gel. Soo many good restaurants on the street!!

With the cheapest price for a hotel in the central of Shanghai, you don't expect it likes a 3* or 4* hotel. All I need are great location( very near Metro station line 2,1,8 with so many good restaurants around), excellent bed and conditioner for sleeping, clean bathroom and great washing machine into the bathroom, and this hotel made me satisfied for those. Only that the hotel owner should change the window curtain, if not customers cannot sleep over 6A.M in the early morning, the curtain is very thin and cannot cover the sunshine.(my picture). In general, I love this hotel because the staff are very friendly and helpful also.

Excellent location. Room was a decent size for two people. Bathroom is super small but we loved having a washing machine! So close to people’s square and excellent price. They have an elevator
