服務挺滿意。

服務挺好的，設施偏舊，勝在位置在市區，去周邊景點都方便

The hotel is conveniently placed between people's square and west nanjing road. Beds were soft, pillows plump and towels large and soft. Some of the furniture is a bit scuffed, hallway carpets worn and needs replacement. The hotel is in the process of renovation, and our bathroom had been newly renovated. For the price, it was good value for money for our night's purpose. Staff were very friendly and helpful, although a little too pushy about getting a 5 star review.

首先體驗感非常不好，其實真的沒有必要來。第一，最最重要的是入住説什麼政府8點到18點施工，簽一個入住協議，這個可以理解，簽名後第二天早上6點半就開始裝修了。在這種情況下，如何保證消費者權益。第二，房間裏沒有座機，打電話給前台説可能就壞了，前台衹會推卸責任沒有作出任何抱歉。第三，房間裏沒有抽紙，前台客服敷衍説因為2.0版本沒有抽紙，但是其他家2.0怎麼有抽紙？本來就是住一晚上，這幾個問題堆積在一起就是體驗感很差，前台入住的時候態度也不好，説了不需要加早飯還一直推銷呢。

酒店沒有電梯，但是房間還是乾淨整潔的。
