The only great point is the location of the hotel , if you have any allergy you must avoid it , cigarettes everywhere even if there are clear signs forbidding smoking , inside the rooms you can see dust everywhere , spent two days with eyes itching , hotel management must clearly react for those issues

So my stay here at the hotel was fantastic. I continued to stay here because of the quality of service that I have received. So my stay here at the hotel was Fantastic And I decided to stay for another month

We had a great stay at this hotel! It is located near a subway station, and there is a grocery store nearby. They have elevators and a cute robot that deliver your order to your room door. If we have the chance to come back to Shanghai again, we won't hesitate to book this hotel again.

The houskeeping ladies did their job very well and wanted to thank them🥰. The location is close to the metro station. As i see mostly locals stay there. breakfast time 7-9 but when I went in at 8.20, there was nothing to eat and they didn’t refill it. therefore, i recommend you to eat breakfast as possible as early. I also felt that there was a problem with the hygiene and sanitation of the cups and spoons during breakfast.

The service is very good , room was near subway clean and tidy

we booked for a superior room, but the room they provided was very small. After we approached the reception, he changed the rooms and gave us a little bigger room, but the attendant who came to change the room was very rude. he was yelling at us and talking inappropriately.

Aside from the Water pressure in the shower was too low, the room was clean and comfortable. There is a robot concierge available where you could order for food delivery and the delivery rider could place the food on the robot which will deliver right to your doorstep, which is a nice feature. The hotel also have two washing machines and dryers available for use free-of-charge. However, the only way to reach the hotel lobby is through climbing a flight of stairs so those with heavy luggage or mobility issues might want to take this into consideration.

房間很乾凈，前台小哥哥服務很好，手機沒電了貼心的送來充電器，房間採光視野都很好，主要性價比非常高，挺喜歡這種裝修風格的，帶着家人在這邊玩了2天，去豫園城隍廟，外灘，都很方便，離地鐵很近，出行還是比較便利的。

衞生：衞生比較差 地面比較臟 應該是日積月累的污垢 設施：這個吹風機 我一定要説一下 是壞的 大早上洗了個頭還吹不了 就很無奈 服務：服務很周到 環境：還行吧 可能是房間比較舊 整體感覺不是很滿意 小三百塊錢一晚 有點不划算

避雷！今年最差的一次酒店體驗！ 來上海看演唱會，想找個酒店住一晚，特意看中了這家酒店的電視屏幕很大，打算晚上看一下之前的演唱會温習一下。結果投屏沒有用，在線的網絡電影電視也看不了，搗鼓了很久沒辦法衹能叫酒店前台，結果前台讓一個老伯上來維修，啥也不懂，連投屏怎麼用都不知道，同類型的房間沒有了也不讓升房。沒辦法衹能帶我去角落的一間房，那裡電視是好的，前台説可以住那裡。但是那間房就是間待維修房，空調又是壞的，一直漏水，桌子都發黴了。老伯就説把兩間房的電視換一下，然後拆下來的電視機全是灰塵直接扔在我床上，而且換了之後還是沒有用

朋友反饋酒店衞生一般，勝在位置號，離地鐵14號線近，方便出行。

首先房間一次性拖鞋都沒有，其次衞生間洗澡的時候向卧室流水，完全不能洗，還有房間筒燈壞了，房間超級暗，服務也不好，房間電話完全打不通前台。還有走廊內漆黑，壁紙全部開了，房間衞生超級差，馬桶反味，衞生間的味道完全不能聞，太噁心了🤢從來沒有住過這麼差的酒店，當時看宣傳房間很好才來的太失望了。
