I had a great experience, the room was clean, bright and the amenities were perfect, mini bar, plenty of bottled water and delicious coffee. They also had a fresh chilled lemon plum tea available in the foyer each day. Staff assisted me with fapiao and extending my stay. 10/10.

Excellent service from the staff—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is highly strategic, with easy access to public transportation and a wide variety of restaurants and local eateries just steps away. Perfect for both business and leisure stays.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was very convenient, close to restaurants and shops. Overall, an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Picked this hotel due to location and relative cost/facilities. Generally ok, Check in was smooth considering they did not speak English and my limited Chinese. The room was good, clean and modern. Limited selection of in room drinks. I did not used the restaurant or the Gym due to limited time but appeared to ok. round 2k away is a good size shopping area with lots of food choices. Negatives. A little noise from the road side, as this is not triple glazed. Shower has a translucent pain next the bet, the fancy electronic toilet glows blue and illuminates the room during the night, I had too unplug the toilet to turn the light out, however this meant that the toilet would not work during the night.

As for the issues you mentioned, we have taken notes: we will optimize the selection of in - room beverages to offer a richer variety; for the problem that the blue light from the electronic toilet disturbs rest and causes inconvenience during the night, we will explore solutions, such as setting a function to turn off the blue light; for the roadside noise issue, we will also consider and evaluate the necessity of upgrading the glass.Thank you again for your feedback.
