It was a great place to stay for 5 days. I'll stop next time. Nice view, enough space. You can use a washing machine and an iron on the floor. It's a 7-minute walk to the subway. There are small shops nearby. We arrived before the check-in time and we were allowed to leave our luggage downstairs until check-in time. It was clean when we checked in. They even brought water for the first two days, then they stopped for some reason.
The cleaning is average: they just change the towels and remove the garbage. Bed linen was not replaced and the bathroom and floors remained dirty. I would add a brush or a hygienic shower in the bathroom.

Less 10 minutes walk from Qufu station which is metro line no.8 and 12. Nice to have a kitchen but there is no cutlery or plates, only mugs. The nearest shopping mall has a hundred restaurants which was so handy. All the staffs members was kind and the front desk can speak English. One of the best gym for accommodation.

2 train stations within 10 min walk. We walked to the Bund. It took a while but it’s a nice walk. Service desk spoke English.

The Staff Are absolutely fabulous - I don’t speak any Chinese but everyone I spoke to had translation apps and were more than willing to help out. I was able to check in early and check out late at no charge and the 8th floor is a large comfortable lounge space where I was able to wait before my check in time as I had an early flight in and I am currently there again waiting for my flight out. The location is ideal being a 10 minute walk from Qufu station on line 8 and a 10 minute walk from another station on line 1. The room was excellent I had plenty of space, one of the largest beds I’ve ever had and an absolutely stunning view from the window. Everywhere was clean and tidy and I was provided with water everyday as well as someone to clean the room. The air conditioner works great which was needed as it’s been a consistent 35° throughout my trip. I’ve loved Shanghai and having somewhere safe and well connected has definitely played a part in it - I will 100% be staying here again when I visit Shanghai again in the future. Thank you to all of the team here.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Our flight landed early in Shanghai at 4am and we reached the hotel at 6.20 am. Even though it was not check-in time and we didn't request for early check-in in advance, the receptionist kindly offered us a free upgrade to another room so that we can check in earlier at 10am. The room was spacious and had many amenities. Most importantly, we had a washing machine+dryer in our apartment, so doing the laundry was extremely convenient. It was a little run-down but overall still quite clean. The downside is that there's no breakfast buffet and food options are limited here. There's a shopping centre and metro station nearby but it's still a 10 mins walk.

I am delighted to share that this is my second time staying at this serviced apartment, and I absolutely adore it! The spacious room is a real highlight, especially with the convenient inclusion of a washing machine. The well-maintained gym is also a fantastic amenity, and I must commend the comfort of the beds, coupled with the excellent, invigorating shower pressure. I would also like to express my appreciation for the friendly and helpful reception staff; even though they didn't speak English, they were resourceful and used a translator app to ensure my needs were met, which was greatly appreciated.
