先説缺點：樓層層高偏矮，出電梯有點點壓抑感。早餐很一般，品種很少。 再説優點：管家will服務很好，耐心協調房間。位置很方便，離城隍廟、外灘都不遠。衞生可以的。

Great location in the city center close to Yu Garden sightseeing area. Hotel located just next to subway station.

definitely will book again. Nothing to complain about the hotel. Worth the price.

房間很寬敞舒適，視野開闊。早餐非常豐盛。尤其是酒店管家QIQI服務非常周到細緻。本次入住體驗很好👍。

今年選擇來豫園萬麗過生日，入住後各種體驗都是超預期。入住前qiqi小姐姐貼心地加微信聯繫，詢問我的需求。入住當天，我所預訂的開放式外灘景觀房給了16樓的，看夜景感覺更好。生日贈送的半熟芝士蛋糕太好吃了！一個不過癮。行政酒廊裏， qiqi小姐姐親自接待，得知我喜歡吃炸豬排，又是上海本地人，貼心地為我們倒了辣醬油，於是炸豬排更美味啦！都説細節決定成敗，qiqi小姐姐貼心的管家服務不是流於形式，而是真正為客人着想，做到了有求必應。（當然請求也要合理對伐）

I recommend this hotel without reservation, the location is perfect and the property well maintained. It is walking distance to major attractions like the Bund and Nanjing road, and right next door to Cheng Huang Temple. There are also a great selection of great restaurants close by. Special thanks to Yvonne at the front desk, her warm smile and enthusiasm made our stay especially enjoyable.

酒店位置不錯，可惜這次的房間看不到外灘，QiQi 人很nice，入住前後給了很多温馨提示，謝謝啦！

酒店就在豫園地鐵3號口挺方便的，酒店的早餐也挺好，服務也很到位～

衞生：非常乾淨，潔具和用品都很新 環境：隔音很好，裝修也不錯，整體入住體驗很完美 服務：Marry負責辦理入住及住房期間的諮詢，反饋很及時，温柔耐心。

酒店位置很好，Barbara的服務超級好，還幫忙升級了房型，態度也超級棒
