So far the hotel is alright

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful

We add extra bed, means 3 people stay in that room. But only gave 2 towel everyday. Tissue not refill. Need to add mirror in room. Staff can not english at alk. Difficult to communicate for people who can not speak Mandarin. Tea is not refill everyday.

The hotel is really well located. The room didn't face the street, so it was rather quiet. The breakfast food is not bad at all, especially for a Chinese person, as what little there is for Westerners is really not very good. The staff were generally very friendly and often helped us to find our way around or to get information. Overall, the cleanliness was good, but there were some rather unsightly marks on the walls and some stains on the floor that had never been cleaned. The beds were large and well equipped, but, as is the case almost everywhere in China, the mattresses were hard. Overall, we were satisfied.

服務熱情環境乾淨優雅，清潔人員服務也很好，下次再來可以再繼續住該酒店，值得推薦，周圍離地鐵口也很方便外出到上海市區。

酒店位置很方便，離地鐵站很近，周邊吃飯購物都方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，前台服務也特別熱情，下次來還選這裏！
