Great location near a lot of food options and very close to the metro, very clean room, and helpful staff! Great value for the price

It was a 2 nights stay ! The receptionist are very helpful when I asked something for the subway station. Even the cleaners ladies are kind, worth it my stay there ❤️

Recommend! The room is clean, stuff is friendly and was solving all my problems in seconds. The metro is close, so comfy to take. A lot of food places around. 10/10

This was a nice spot. Located close to the Shanghai Piano Museum which I really wanted to see. Staff were nice too.

Tidiness, location and service are good. However, there are problems with shower - water is sometimes randomly hot, randomly cold, and you can't regulate and fix it. Manager gave us another room, but nothing has changed 🥺

i liked this one a lot.  i went to meet some parents of students i used to teach years ago.  it was nice, and a little difficult to find IF you walk 2 feet from the buildings.  you need to walk out more so you can see the signs.  it was all clean and remodeled, but i think they forgot the shower drain.  when i showered, the water backed up.  but no flooding.  i just turned off the water while getting bubbled up.

This was our second stay at the Waiting Qingju, which I would now say is our go-to hotel in Songjiang.  We love the Business Suite at this hotel, which is in a quiet corner of the 4th floor.  It is located in the roofline, which gives it a very intimate feel.  The room is extremely comfortable and we love our stay at this lovely small hotel.  The young ladies at the front desk and the breakfast restaurant were so sweet and helpful.  Everything you need is near to the hotel, including the Line 9 metro stop to take you to other parts of Songjiang or all the way in to Shanghai.  We would strongly recommend the hotel and especially a stay in the cozy Business Suite.  We look forward to our next stay!

The hotel employees are very kind and responsible. Based on price, the hotel is good.

Toilet seat had dark yellow stains before I even used it for the first time. Room was old with stain buildup in bathroom and sink areas. Was given toothbrushes and other amenities at the counter. My fav feature is the robot waiter because it is so convenient to just order food to the room while I do my work. Place was hard to get to directly by taxi. Had to be dropped off at a nearby place and walked to the hotel with heavy luggage. Not recommended for people with heavy luggage like me.

The reservation lady who assisted us was very helpful. She even went upstairs to show us our rooms and the restaurant. She is always willing to help despite the language barrier. She always smiles and is very accommodating. The room is very big. They always clean it, replace the towels and other toiletries. It's indeed an awesome experience for our family.

Nice and clean room. Spacious room with big TV. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Simple breakfast. Two train stations to botanical garden.

For what was paid this was a decent hotel. The breakfast was decent too.

Registration staffs is friendly and easy to deal with. Very Cheap price for a double bed and queen bed and breakfast! Delicious breakfast and sufficiently varied. Has robot delivery service and washing machine for self laundry. Nearby attractions within 10-20 mins drive guangfulin relic park, thames town n songjiang mosque.
