Close to the Metro station, only 2mins walk away. Breakfast buffet range was good and fresh. Clean room.

Everything was perfect! Very good location, next to the metro station and a shopping mall with shops, restaurants, cafe etc. Room is very big, nice and clean. And a good breakfast

Every team member I met was friendly and attentive, no small details missed. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Shanghai!

The hotel room and design modern architecture, hotel staff friendly and attentive. The room have separate bathroom, toilet equipped with modern electrical appliances suits winter and summer plus sanitising. Save time for family who may have to use individual. Toiletries was aromatic for calming and relaxing fragrance, one of my favourite. Prior to going up to the room there’s welcome beverages to quench the thirst without limiting throughout the stay. Hotel staff were more than willing to assist every enquiries. The hotel location was spectacular as metro accessible right in front of hotel. For the local may be accessible for the bus too. Shopping mall with multiple options and hawker stalls were just right side of the hotel by walking distance across the road or through subway stations less than 5 mins. Upon check out , the staff had a farewell gift such as the toiletries.

A good hotel with excellent breakfast. First class service from all the staff. A very convenient location next to Livat shopping centre and easy to access from the metro. Walk to Livat and cross the road or exit 5 and just across the street. Good access to both Hongqiao and Pudong Airport via the suburban railroad

So close to Trip.com HQ, with the nearest shopping mall just around the corner. The room is clean, and all the staff are very helpful. Always my go-to place to stay whenever I have a business trip in Shanghai.

I like the location, very near the subway station, and next to a shopping mall with lots of choices of restaurant, and super market inside.

We recently stayed at Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao SOHO and special thanks to Kyrie and all the staffs, everything went well during our stay. The room we stayed was a previlege room with large space we could rest or work as well. We really enjoyed their amazing breakfast every morning. They a lot of options with fresh noodle and fish cakes, eveyday slightly rotation of food which is also nice. At the lobby, there is a coffee machin we could get our cappuccino any time we wanted. The hotel is very close to the metro station, and both side there are big shopping malls. We could move around even at night and felt very safe. We also checked out Skybridge in walking distance which was recommended by hotel. If you walk like 20 mins from hotel, there is Suzhou creek where we went for run one evening. Thank you for making our stay in Shanghai very pleasant and memorable!

The hotel is very close to a subway station and a shopping mall where shopping and eating can be done. The hotel is comfortable and apparently new, and breakfast was also very good. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi from the hotel.

Clean and attentive service. Good location with 5 mins walking distance to shopping mall. Late checkout request was accommodated. Will revisit this hotel in my next trip to Shanghai.
