incredible service in comparison to everywhere I stayed in shanghai. I really appreciated how much the staff here went above and beyond for my short stay. highly recommend if you’re after a comfortable room with more amenities then you’ll need. the heated fan in the shower was wild… lmao hopefully I’ll be back again 🫡

Thank you for allowing us early check in after a long flight. Really appreciate it. Hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean, spacious and comfy mattress. The location is convenient. There are several eateries and even western franchises like mcd, pizza hut and domino. There are also Lawson mart and fruit shops. Hotel situated on the end of the road so there is less traffic.

Tip top cleanliness in the room, amenities exceeded my expectations👍👍. Location is convenient and easy to access. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. I will definitely come bsck for many times again!

Everything was nice. Stuff were really friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Totally recommend. However it is worth taking into account that a walk to the closest subway station takes around 15-17 mins.

I will definitely suggest you this hotel, Great location, It is in town and near absolutely everything, service amazing and most importantly very Clean.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable but location is far from Metro North Xizang st. around 20 mins for walk but there is a shuttle bus in early the morning time to metro. This room type has 2 king beds.

Service staff at the reception was fabulous - Fran, Anna and Lee, and the security guard who checked us in when we arrived after 9pm. They handled some issues that we had in a very professional manner, understanding and solving our problem quickly. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. The location for the price was very good. Many eateries down the street, where the locals dine. Short didi ride to north bund. The amenities were good. Cleanliness can be improved. Towels, bedsheets are clean. Bed is comfortable. Please note that certain rooms have very poor sound insulation from noise created in the corridor. The walls and doors are not that thin- hence it’s probably a building issue where sounds are amplified for some rooms. The windows keep external sound out quite well. And this is a quiet street so no problem with that.

They were very attentive and provided us good service. Its located next to Metro station and close to all the city center Action.

Perfect serviced apartment. I was upgraded for free. The room had everything you needed. The metro is a little far away- approx 20mins walk. However they have morning shuttles to the metro, but that is only very early in the morning. I would have given my room 5/5 however the bathroom shower drain was slow and the shower head had plenty limescale. Other than that great place to stay- will stay again.

The neighborhood was clam and clean. You can find convenient stores and fast food like mcd, pizzahut, right below the hotel. If you walk a couple of minutes you can also find some local restaurants and a park. The room was also moderately size.

The property is pretty far from the nearest metro station but this is not an issue if you intend to ride around the city. The front desk is extremely helpful, I encountered problems with my room on the first day and Ms Liu was quick to react and resolve. On-site facilities were great.
