Hotel Signature Airport Zone Hyderabad

We had a recent stay at hiwa hotel the room was near and clean and had a comfortable desk which as perfect for catching up on work in the evening the bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere which helped me rest well after long days of meetingsi would highly recommend this hotel to other business travellers.

We had a great stay at Hotel Signature, it's near the airport,I am very happy that our family visited the tourist place, the rooms are very comfortable, staff was very helpful,tasty vegetarian food,i would recommend this hotel to our family visit again..

Experience was not good .The extra bed and bedsheet was torn .And after asking for a new one the staff said we don't have extra bed or bedsheets.Very unprofessional . The door lach was broken from inside they don't even bother to change it.

Hotel looked okay from outside and the lobby was okay. We were given Room 402 which is on the roof top (not even sure if those are legal construction), when we went to 4th floor, we saw uncleaned plates lying on a corner of the entrance to the rooms which is quite shocking. Room was okay but it was full of mosquitos and quite clearly they have done no maintenance for cleaning mosquitos and not interested in maintaining good hygiene through out the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel Ambiance was good, the hospitality was good, room was neatly cleaned and the room appearance & furniture was also good, the food at the restaurant was also good. the drop to airport was also arranged by the hotel staff. hotel staff was well trained & presented very well. It was comfortable & nice stay

What you see is not what you get. The images on online portals like Agoda, MMT etc. are nowhere near reality. There is nothing in the hotel that can be appreciated, except for the fact that it is nearer to the airport. This is by far the worst travel experience I have ever had, starting with the main door's safety locks not working, the nasty bathrooms, the messy rooms, the broken toilets, the bad food, and the rude staff. The room service and telephones do not work. People who want to commute to the airport may come here and stay by mistake! The ratings shown for this hotel on online portals are not correct. I am attaching a few photos for reference. Like what happened in my case, there is a chance that people choose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport to avoid airport transportation hurdles. This is no place where you can sleep peacefully, especially with your family.
