The Saujana Kuala Lumpur arvostelua

The room is nice and within exoectation for the 5 star resort hotel. However, the Hotel need to upgrade the service in term of registration; especially with this one guy who is not that friendly. I checked in around 3:30pm . First the hotel seems difficult to find my booking under my name but later it was resolved. Then the Reception guy told me that the Room is not ready and I have to wait; and he said he will approached me once received feedback from Housekeeping. I was waiting for 1/2 hour and still no one approached me. Then I went back to front desk to ask for update. As that guy was occupied with other registration, i managed to talk to another guy who seems genuinely trying to assist me. Then I can see this guy struggling to find a ready room ... as the one room that he said ready was snapped up by another guy at reception. ************* it was finally resolved after long wait at the lobby. I'm not sure whether I received this kind of treatment because Ive booked via Trip.com and not directly with Hotel. But then I saw all my other friends who went to register with another reception guy, managed to get their room straight away, although they are also booking via other agents like *********** etc.

酒店整體還算滿意，入住兩天，除了在前台外，似乎沒有感覺到服務，和同檔次酒店比較，價格有點偏高

酒店與一個高爾夫球場在一起，風景不錯 設施老舊，尚可 早餐還好 酒店在機場與市區中間，我們在附近辦事才住這裏 日常公共交通不知是否方便

Very good location, near Citta Mall, near to Subang Airport, environment surrounding is good, will stay again.

1. Housekeeper left our door open after making the room. 2. Hotel manager promise to compensate us but did nothing. Manager seems u interested to resolve security breach. 3. Ask hotel to warm our domino pizza, not allowed. Staff show no interest to help. 4. Item received at concierge hotel did not inform us. Reception don’t find it wrong to don’t inform.

Really great resort nestled in a secluded area. Great service with the shuttle service. Lovely views from our room.

The hotel room is well equipped and very clean. I like that it is a very quiet and chill place to relax and recharge. Will definitely come back here again and try the executive room next!

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Everything is good, unfortunately is outdoor car park but is free and park at your own risk. During this rainy season, is quite headache and Hotel didn't provide services with the help of that, while we arrived have no any attendant provide any service. They're kept standing there and welcome arriving 😅 Love the swimming pool and the environment, but hope the management can enhanced the cleanliness of the swimming pool.

Cozy place, friendly & helpful staff. Room & amenities are good.

設施比較老舊，整體還可以

第二年來了，環境很好，不過裝修比較舊，空調超冷，關掉睡覺都行。早餐看似豐富但是不是很多，過了9點基本上都沒什麼可以吃的了。

Hotel ni best giler..bilik besar,pool besar,sesuai utk family yg ada anak,bilik air ade bathtub..

房間新裝修、東南亞風格、食物豐富、地理位置非常便利、停車方便、服務態度好。
