Overall hotel was great. In a good location and food provided was great. Easy access to Setia Alam City Mall and Setia Convention.

Comments, not a complaint: Room air condition cannot be adjusted and it was slightly too cold! If possible to check and see whether is it adjustable to suit anyone difference expect kind of comfort. Thank you for your time and see you soon!

Majoituspaikan vastaus: Dear Sir, Thank you for providing us with your review and feedback. We understand it must've been frustrating for you to adjust the aircon. The aircon digital display is actually showing the current temperature in your room. For example, When the air conditioner's display shows 25°C, that's the current room temperature. If you want to cool the room down to 21°C, you can adjust the setting using the control panel. Once you set it to 21°C, the display will change to show your selected target temperature. Over time, as the aircon works, the actual room temperature will gradually drop, and the display may then eventually show the current room temperature, now closer to your desired 21°C. Should you need assistance with your aircon in the future, feel free to reach out to us. We look forward to welcoming you back again in the future, sir.
