The new room had hair on the sheets. After driving all day, I didn't ask for another room. The next day, when I checked out, the same Guli asked if I wanted to extend my stay, informing me that check-out was at 2 PM and there would be a charge if I stayed longer. I haven't even complained about the service or cleanliness! And you're saying there will be a charge for overstaying? Is your corporate culture all about money? I'm speechless."

"I booked this room because of the Vienna brand, hoping to get a comfortable night's sleep. Vienna owner, look at this room! How long has it been since it was cleaned? How many guests have slept here and the bed linens haven't been changed? The sheets, duvet cover, and towels weren't clean at all! I endured the nausea and made do for one night, then fled early the next morning. I was utterly disappointed!"
