The Authentic Village Boutique Hotel

Personale molto gentile e disponibile alla reception ( Zorka e Kiki ) che hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta; camere belle, pulite e curate in ogni dettaglio. Materasso super confortevole. Oltre all'aria condizionata , pala ventilatore molto efficiente.

Insieme ad un'altra coppia di amici abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa bella struttura molto vicino al centro del paesino. L'hotel è frutto di un recupero di vecchie abitazioni, recupero fatto con gusto e con molta cura. Le camere erano molto belle e confortevoli. Il bagno ampio e con una bella doccia. Da sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale ed in particolare di Kiki e Zarka (manager della struttura). Infine evidenzio che l'hotel ha un parcheggio privato che, ad Hora Skafion, è un servizio molto prezioso. Consigliatissimo!

Incontestablement le meilleur établissement jamais visité! Tout est absolument parfait dans cet hôtel. À l’arrivée un très joli établissement accueillant avec du personnel très attentionné, attentif et prévenant. La chambre était chaleureuse, cosy et la literie très confortable où absolument rien ne manque. Le mobilier est de qualité et la décoration magnifique. Nous avions une vue sur la mer et les restaurants sont tout près. Idéalement placé si vous visitez Loutro ou les gorges des alentours. Un parking gratuit à proximité est à notre disposition. Si vous aimez la nourriture locale traditionnelle je vous conseille la Taverna Vigles à environ 25 min où saveurs, bienveillance et authenticité sont les mots d’ordre. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Room was great, modern, receptionist was even better. Maybe best ever. They were so helpful. Sheets soft, hot shower with great water pressure. Only thing better would have been a sea view. But I'm sure that would have raised price out of the budget.

I organized an active group tour of Crete in May of 2024 and was looking for a hotel the evening after our hike of Samaria Gorge. I knew my guests would be tired and in need of a little pampering, so I was delighted to discover the Authentic Village Boutique Hotel. The property is new, and has captured traditional charm, with plenty of luxurious extras. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and modern and the rooms were beautifully decorated without losing the feeling of the South Coast of Crete. The location was a short walk from the harbor and ferry area and just a few steps from the promenade with restaurants and bars. We ate breakfast in the connected bakery, what an incredible treat! The charming hotel manager even left a couple of lovely bottles of wine for us to enjoy on the terrace before we walked to dinner. We were delighted by this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone who wants pampering without losing an authentic feel.

We stayed unfortunately only one night in this amazing hotel. The place is really cozy but luxury, romantic and extremely well located. It does also offer parking place at 2 minutes distance, which is definitely a plus considering the local geography. Staff really friendly, nice and helpful. There's no breakfast, but there's a coffee machine and a close bakery. On the down side, there are a lot of stairs, but nothing can be done against it, it's how the village is shaped. Room could be bigger: we were a bit tight with two suitcases. Apart from that, I would considering come back there again and again for a longer stay.
