The location of the guest house is perfect for walking to near by sights in Seward. The guest entrance is through the alley & with 2 other guests staying in the house, parking was tight. We rented the main floor so renters below us & above us, after the second night of no sleeping , I was able to sleep. Future renters please understand which I did not, in older houses, everything can be heard between floors. The couches did not recline which would have been useful after a long day of hiking.the common area where the washer/ dryer are located needs cleaning up. No fans in either bedroom, no toilet exhaust, for seniors high step up in the tub/ shower combo. For the price I was expecting a bit more. This house does not have a hot tub. Good luck travelers 🍀

This was in a great location in Seward. The house was very comfortable, very clean. We loved it. Super close to the aquarium, docks, grocery store. Parking is available in the back of the property. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, etc. There is laundry as well. The only downside is that there are 2 (maybe 3?) units. We were on the main floor and could hear absolutely everything below us and every footstep above us. That being said, I would still recommend this property.
