Corral del Conde

Un apartamento bien equipado (aunque en mi opinión la cama y el sofá son mejorables), en un corral de vecinos precioso y muy tranquilo. Muy cerca del centro de Sevilla. Además a pocos metros hay un supermercado que abre todos los días y que te facilita el avituallamiento.

Apt#33 opposite the fountain, first apartment up the stairs. Absolutely beautiful and relaxing space. Well done up and presented for a 16th century building. The property is gated and opens into a courtyard with a fountain and trees. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and I felt safe as a female solo traveller. Enjoyed waking up to hear the birds chirping, having a coffee seated in the balcony first thing in the morning. Walking distance to many sites. Grocery store just 40mtrs away. Conveniently located. The owner was present to welcome me, take my baggage to the apartment and provide an intro. Please advise your ETA and once at the door, call on WhatsApp to be let in. There are permanent residents in other apartments who have been residing there for a number of years who are very helpful if you happen to meet them for a chat. However be mindful it is accomodation with those who permanently live there and be respectful of their homes.

A unique experience, highly recommended. After two weeks in Spain of busy sightseeing, the Corral del Conde offered a sanctuary of peace and quiet. The apartment was small but had everything we needed, and the atmosphere is so good that we decided to stay in for two of the three nights we were there. The local supermarket in the nearby Ponce de Leon square had an amazing array of fresh food, so we created our own little dining experience on the balcony that runs right around the building. It is also close to most of the major sights of Seville so walking is very easy.

Penoso que el turismo que se queda en el corral no respete el lugar y a la gente que vive alli de manera permanente. No es un hotel!. Llegan arrastrando maletas en un suelo de piedras cosa que esta prohibido, las puertas de salida las hacen giratorias no se si en vuestras casas se compartan de igual manera. No es un hotel y seria genial que respetaran mas el cuidado del monumento y a la gente que vive alli. No hay por qué aguantar que importunen de esta manera en el lugar que uno vive, hay que respetar el lugar donde vive el otro. Es ya cansador el turismo que no respeta una sola regla del lugar. A ver si espabilan y traen no solo las ganas de vacacionar sino tambien las ganas de respetar.
