前台大叔非常熱心，在入住後很詳細地講解了各個景點的位置，還贈送了一張地圖。房間面積還算寬敞，設施齊全。距離景點非常近，走路就能到。

Room 224 was listed as a courtyard view but the small window was for plumbing and pipes, not a courtyard. We asked about it but were told that comfort rooms didn’t have courtyard view although listed as such. Thd room wasn’t as represented in photos, the shower head faces sideways to the tub and the glass partition can’t stop the spray from it if you even try to stand under the shower. The good part is that it was quieter than a more luxurious hotel we had in Seville. The staff was very pleasant and courteous.

房間很小，都沒有地方平放箱子，而且桌子特別小！沒有免費瓶裝水，桌子放個燒水壺和茶杯，就沒多少地方了。窗簾長度很尷尬，正好和燒水壺壺嘴齊平，感覺很不衞生，拿個壺總能碰到窗簾底部……而且衣櫃裏的撐子衹能部分取下來，掛鈎是和晾衣桿栓在一起的，想取個衣架晾毛巾或者鎖門都不方便。衞生間淋浴間很小，衞生紙質量很差，但枕頭很舒服，床也算大。地理位置佔優勢，就在大路邊上，王宮和西班牙廣場附近，攔出租車和交通方便。

Отличный отель в центре Севильи. Рядом с основными туристическими местами, чистый светлый и просторный номер. Приятно пахнущее средство для стирки полотенец. Если останавливаться, более чем на 2-3 ночи, то рекомендую просить номер с видом на улицу, а не во внутренний двор-колодец. В номере постоянно темно из-за этого.

房間是標準三星級， 保養很不錯，乾淨， 酒店位置不錯， 離老城步行幾分鐘，很方便。 不在老城就比較安靜，同時價格又很合理。

The hotel was lovely. They had things of interest in the public areas such as paintings, ship models and an entire set of beautiful china. The breakfast was varied and fantastic with fresh fruit, a variety of breakfast meats and sweet breads as well as cereal and yogurt. The room was good and the air conditioning was lovely. The staff was helpful and it is within easy walking distance of many beautiful places such as the Plaza de España.

Why clean and quiet. It’s a comfortable environment and it’s convenient to take the buses or underground. The room has enough space.

Situato in una posizione molto buona vicino al centro, le camere sono semplici ma rinnovate e pulite. Le camere che affacciano sullo stradone sono rumorose, anche con le finestre chiuse, ma la notte il traffico diminuisce sensibilmente. Il materasso è un po' duro. Peccato per la mancanza di un frigo bar, per il resto c'è tutto quello che serve. Il bagno è pulito ma, almeno nella nostra camera, a volte si sentiva uno sgradevole odore uscire probabilmente dagli scarichi.

Great location and a lovely roof top bar BUT there is NO Air conditioning despite it being advertised on their website. The room is like a sauna and the smell from the drains extremely unpleasant. Additionally the roof top swimming pool which is open and being used by guests is extremely dirty with green algae forming. The pool chemical readings on the public display have not been updated since December. This is not in the interest of public health and safety. Despite speaking to the manager our complaints were not acted upon. Sadly this has been a disappointing choice of hotel to celebrate a birthday and wedding anniversary.

We stayed in Hotel Alcázar as it is situated in a great location, with only a short stroll to all the main Seville attractions. Hotel staff are multilingual, very approachable and so helpful. The hotel also provides an excellent breakfast option. There are lots of local restaurants and tapas bars to choose from for evening meals. We tried a different venue every night. Great fun. Food was delicious. Go on spoil yourself!

We troffen vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam personeel, met eigen parkeergarage. We hebben genoten van een goed ontbijt, buffetontbijt in stijlvolle ontbijtzaal, uitstekende ligging met geweldige rooftop bar en dakterras en zwembad met uitzicht over historisch Sevilla.

This is the worst hotel we have stayed in throughout Europe. Firstly they advertise that they have A/C yes they do but they don't actually switch it on if requested it seems to be at their discretion. The swimming pool on the roof had it appears from the records posted on the side of the pool, not been tested for four months. The pool had green algae but people were being allowed to use it ! The room allocated smelt of drains and the carpets in the hall were very badly soiled. Breakfast was not value for the price charged. The hotel is in a good location but the manage obvious think this cancels out any of the problems we found as they simply were not interested when we spoke to them.
