Guadalupe 15 by Magno Apartments

Experiencia increíble en Sevilla. Este apartamento nos ha cautivado. Ha superado todas mis expectativas. Ya me había alojado en otro de la misma cadena y sabía que era un acierto seguro, pero nunca imaginé que sería así. El apartamento con todo lujo de detalles, la piscina, las camas balinesas donde relajarse, la ubicación...todo!!

We have recently returned from Seville, where we stayed in Guadalupe 15. The check in and out was very easy and someone was there to meet us at the front desk upon our arrival and departure dates. The company were contactable via WhatsApp , but I had to reach out to contact them directly through a number I found on a *********** email. (As we had booked using that site). This was to ask about dropping some luggage earlier than check in time, which could have been arranged but in the end we didn't require it as our previous apartment let us leave luggage with them until later in the day. All door codes were shared via email (from *********** again, but it was very easy to follow). The apartment was spotless, modern and spacious and the bed was lovely and comfy. It was also very quiet. the double glazing on balcony doors works wonders. We only wished we could have stayed longer. There's a safe too which is handy for passports and valuables etc. Communal areas are gorgeous with water fountain feature which is nice to sit a read if you want some quiet time. The pool and loungers on the top floor were also lovely, although we didn't brave the pool. It isn't heated, so unless you get glorious temperatures when you're there or like an ice cold dip, I don't think you'll be sitting in it for hours. But, I can imagine it being very refreshing if it's 30 degrees outside and the water has been warmed by the sun ! We did however take advantage of the loungers which are extremely comfy for a siesta in the sun or a sun bathe if weather permits. Upon our arrival, there was a bottle of water in the fridge, and some coffee pods along with salt / pepper/ sugar in the cupboard and all the utensils you would require if staying in to cook. Multiple towels provided, and separate beach style towels if heading up to the pool. Complimentary shower gels etc also provided as well as a great hair dryer. (I always find this useful to know in advance, so you don't pack extra weight in your case before a trip! Love that it was powerful too as there's nothing worse than a rubbish hairdryer which leaves you standing there for ages trying to dry long hair). The location is an easy 10 minute walk away from the Setas de Seville (Mushroom), and the main hub bub of the city. So you are an easy stroll from literally everything you could need. Lovely accommodation in the heart of a wonderful city. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Guadalupe 15.
