Room was very hot and the AC was not set for cooling, just heating.

Poor check in experience
Communication with property management is very challenging. Email is the primary way they communicate and response is not very fast. My original credit card used to make reservations had been lost and they refused to give me a room one day prior to checkin while I was traveling across the Atlantic unless I provided the 16 digit card number, expiration and cvv code via email

We had some issues with the check in process but it was all on my data plan and not the hotel. After we got in, we had no problems. The room was great- spacious and clean.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom attic apartment and we couldn't fault it. We received a warm welcome from Bianca who recommended "must see" places to visit as well as restaurants in the different locations. The apartment was quiet, spacious and comfortable in a convenient central location. Seville is a walkable city and everything was within easy reach. The roof terrace, with a wonderful view of La Giralda & The Cathedral was wonderful and we spent every early evening up there relaxing after a busy day of exploring. Next time we're in Seville we'll definitely be staying here again!

Sevilla Well Done Cathedral Suites.
There was no one to check us in in person but when we had problems, they were easily available on the phone or What’s App. If you are driving, park first then walk your luggage to the hotel if possible, narrow streets and no where to stop to unload luggage. When we arrived at the apartment we found it not very clean. We asked them to come clean it the next day while we were out which they did and cleaned it well. Overall a nice space but getting where it needs some updating.

Great stay!
Great spot! Right in the middle of everything and close to the cathedral! Cool rooftop views too. The room was great and clean and comfortable. The balcony was really cute too. Not too loud at night and easy to get in. They also were very accommodating for early checkin and luggage storage! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Location, location
Great apartment, close to everything and the communication with the administrator was amazing.
My only complaint is that the bathroom wasn’t that clean. Especially the toilet. I had to do it myself. Everything else was perfect.
