Mountain Aire Inn Sevierville - Pigeon Forge

Older hotel that may not have all the bells and whistles that a newer place might, but you can’t beat the price and it is as clean as advertised.

I once saw a picture of their sign that said it wasn't the newest but it is the cleanest. No business gimmick, it was very clean and very enjoyable to stay in.

Awesome updated older motel. "Older than some, cleaner than most." Clean and comfortable. The best value in the area. We stayed in room 148. One stained ceiling tile in the bathroom. Everything works well. Comfortable bed. Good shower head. Newer carpet. Great find. Fantastic price. GREAT value.

The worst experience ever. The room I booked did not exist. They upcharged me for a double bed room looks worst than a motel six. The beds are aweful. I was promised a king room with sofa. Room is a dump from hell. The air conditioner sucks tv keeps saying can’t find signal. Don’t ever stay here. Kerry Goodwin

Super clean and the perfect location without all the traffic! Will definitely be returning to stay here again! The lady at the front desk goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of! The pool was very clean and taken care of as well!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at mountain aire. I chose this place because the reviews were pretty consistent about it's cleanliness. I agree. It was very clean. Smelled clean. The sheets were clean. The staff was pleasant. There was plenty of towels and things we needed. My only complaint is the room we got was a deluxe queen room and I truly don't feel those were queen size beds. Maybe im wrong because im used to sleeping on a king bed. Nevertheless it was a great place to lay our heads after a long day at the waterpark. The pool was nice too. We appreciate the stay!

Just like the sign says. It’s older than most and cleaner than many. It is an older place, but the rooms are very clean and beds very cozy. They have a 2 queen deluxe room, if you have kids, there’s actually have a bed in two different rooms so you can have your own space. Highly recommend.

Is clean but not as clean as used to be. Is old. Have stayed here a lot over the years but this is the last time. Last visit was 2/24 Lights out, batteries dead in remote slow WiFi. This visit incompetent desk staff at making simple reservation. Keys wouldn’t open door on several occasions had to go to office several times a day for re keying. Called desk from room to ask for one day extension and staff was unable to do it, she would call me back. Limited speaking English…Never called back. I tried again after waiting an hour then attempted but phone was not working. Walked over to office the next morning hoping to see a different clerk. She was able to use the computer and spoke good English but was very abrupt stating room price, it was double what I had been paying. She said it was weekend rate. When I asked why I could book much cheaper on their website and even more so with booking site she said you pay them and that’s what you need to do. I thought her tone and statement was very rude. The office was filled with Spanish speaking women who started laughing. Since Mountain Aire Inn changed ownership it has been going downhill. I will never stay again nor can I ever recommend it like I used to. Terrible customer service past 2 stays.

If you’re looking for a decent, clean, no frills spot to rest, this is it! If you like your vacation to include a plush room, MAI is not for you. Great rates for saving money to do other things like dinner theaters, restaurants, shopping, souvenirs, and what have you. It’s along the style of the original Holiday Inn motels. I’ve never encountered a problem with uncleanliness or insects. I guess the negative posts expected it to be more than it bills itself to be. Call the inn directly for best rates. Staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful to me. This is my “go to” spot to rest my weary head after a day filled with Smoky Mountain activities. Love this gem at the border of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge! Just a couple of minutes to Five Oaks Farm Kitchen. Yum!
