Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia

La posizione è molto bella con vista sulla laguna personale super gentile e disponibile. Cibo molto buono ma il menù tanto per stranieri e abbastanza veloci nel portare le portate anche se ci sono giornate dove di aspetta più di 40 minuti fra una portata e l' altra.

Positiv: -Sehr schöne Anlage inkl. Strand -Schöne Zimmer Nachteile: -Sehr schlechter Service: im Hotel mussten wir täglich mit dem Personal diskutieren. Beispielsweise wurden Bestellungen im Restaurant nicht ausgeführt; jeden Tag warten bis ein Platz im Restaurant frei ist, obwohl nur halb voll; Diskussionen um den Liegestuhl am Strand - nach 1 Woche Halbpension ist das Essen sehr wiederholend am Abend -Kakerlaken im Zimmer -Reklamation wurde an der Reception angebracht, hat aber niemanden interessiert Zusammengefasst ist die Hotelanlage sehr schön aber der Service ist maximal die eines 3 Sterne Hotels.

Sono stata nella spa del conrald ed è stata una vera delusione . Piscine con idromassaggio a mosaico con pietre staccate del mosaico in moltissimi punti e lasciate sul fondale , su più vasche … piscina panoramica con vetri con escrementi di animali in bella vista … all’arrivo mi era stato prospettato una sala relax con tisane e frutta fresca .. in realtà c’era un cestino con delle mele e una tisana ai frutti rossi …. Molto molto scarno…. proprio non ci siamo …sicuramente non all’altezza di un conrald

We spent 6 wonderful days at the Conrad Chia Laguna. From the first minutes of our stay at the hotel until our departure, we felt very welcome. Everyone working at that hotel deserves praise and makes that place where you want to come back. During check-in, we were treated to welcome cocktails on the terrace with a beautiful view. Thanks to the Diamond member status, we got an upgraded room (junior suite), which was very nice. In the room, a welcome gift was waiting for us - wine and fruits. Even though the room felt like it needed renovation, it was still nice and comfortable. A powerful but quiet air conditioner. Even though we had loungers in the garden, they didn’t have towels. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. Some mornings it felt like they didn’t have enough personnel to clean tables, while people were lining up for outside tables. The resort has a huge territory with lots of greenery and flowers, there is also a huge spa center, restaurants, bars, swimming pools, shops, and a stage where concerts were held in the evenings, first for children, then for adults. There is live music every evening in the hotel bar. We also saw children's mini clubs where animators worked with children. Shuttles (golf carts) are quick and take you to the beach, which is only 5 minutes away. Sun loungers, umbrellas and towels are provided on the beach. What is especially important is that the sun loungers are not close to each other, so there is no feeling of crowding. You can also order food directly to your sun lounger. The beach is fantastic, and the water is crystal clear. One suggestion for the beach service is to have an air pump for the guests to inflate inflatables. You can also order a transfer to the airport in a comfortable car via the hotel concierge (at the same price as a regular taxi, as it is a flat rate). We would like to thank the manager Manuela and her team, who solved all our questions with high professionalism. We felt an individual approach to all our wishes. We travel a lot, but such hospitality and customer focus as in this hotel is rare these days.

I feel selfish because I don’t want crowds , but I’m going to share this anyway this is the one of the most beautiful resorts in the world. It’s a dream the beaches, the tennis the outdoor Terraces, it’s simply a dream

Wow! Everything about our stay was fantastic; from the welcoming reception staff, everybody in the restaurants, around the hotel - everyone we came into contact with were so friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely & the pool was amazing. We will definitely be back!
