Best Western Plus Setif

Hotel très très propre. Chambre communicante 410 et 411. Très spacieuse. Nous y sommes allés en octobre 2023 avec une moquette à l'entrée des chambres sale. Tout à été fait à neuf. Un grand merci au personnel pour votre accueil, aux dames de ménage pour votre professionnalisme . Petit déjeuner au top.

Hotel surchauffée, impossible d'éteindre le chauffage, climatisation HS, impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte ve la gare de tram juste en face, une mascarade malgré nos demandes répétés rien n'a été fait, le lendemain obligé de reprendre un hôtel pour dormir la journée, un hôtel à fuir absolument, c'est plutôt un hôtel 2 étoiles, je ne recommande absolument pas.

Je noterai ce qui m'a fait vraiment plaisir, pour le reste l'hotel est dans la moyenne nationale. Donc je tiens sincèrement à remercier le personnel du restaurant pour son professionnalisme et son amabilité, nous nous sentions et nous avons été traités comme de véritables CLIENTS : ils étaient au petits soins avec nous. Je tiens à citer le directeur du resto M. Lyes Chena et le chef M. Khaled Selam. Bravo à vous et continuez comme ça. A la prochaine inchaALLAH.

Le directeur de cet hôtel est un voleur ! Suite au décès de ma mère, j'ai effectué un paiement par erreur au bénéfice de cet hôtel via booking. Il a promis à ma soeur qu'était sur les lieux de me recréditer.... Cela fait maintenant trois mois aucun remboursement !!! C'est une honte, VOLEUR !! Je ne compte pas m'arrêter là, c'est que le début !!! J'ai toutes les preuves .......afin d'obtenir mon argent !! et ça se dit musulman.......!!! De plus, hôtel dégueulasse !!!

Very good provincial hotel in the center of town. Staff are friendly and service minded. Rooms are compact but modern and clean. There is a gym with weights and some machines open 24 hours. Free WIFI works well as long as you remove your VPN. Note that some rooms will hear the call to prayer from the mosque and others the sound of planes and the rumbling of the pram so I would advise bringing ear plugs. You can’t change the setting for air conditioning or heating yourself as it’s set centrally. But the staff will come and adjust it for you if you ask. Best is the food in the restaurant. They have a terrific dinner buffet which includes loads of salads, hot dishes and Algerian dessert samplers. Vegetarians will be very happy. The breakfast buffet was also good despite it being Ramadan with hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, salad, cereal and fruits and fruit salad on offer.

We spent two nights here. Our comfortable room included a large king bed, spacious desk, large modern bathroom, fridge and a kettle. We faced the busy street, but the room was quiet for sleeping. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with attractions like the museum, mall, fountain, and amusement park just a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was terrific, with many options including delicious scrambled eggs and a lovely, spicy vegetable dish. The staff is most gracious. It took several hours to have working wi-fi, but the manager eventually took charge and wi-fi worked fine after that. We did manage to take advantage of the gym, which has a variety of weights, in addition to other equipment. Missing was the multi-use machine, but we made do without it.
