"I have been at Hotel Waldheim for work during one week in January and I really liked the stay. The room was extremely comfortable and cosy with a nice balcony. The staff is very kind and carefully looks after any request. The food in particular is extremely good, with high level preparations, light and tasty. The position, close to the center of Sexten and in front of the cableway is ideal both for business activity and for ski/hiking adventures. The hotel offers activities with alpine guides and it has a nice spa. I will certainly come back to Hotel Waldheim next time in Sexten."

Ensimmäisestä hetkestä, kaksi vuotta sitten, kun saapuimme ensin Berghoteliin, tunsimme, että tämä hotelli on paljon enemmän kuin vain kaunis kiinteistö. "This family ran hotel is a little gem. The property has been recently refurbished, but if I didn't ask, one might have thought it was brand new. Conveniently located at less than 100 mt from a skilit which connects you to Mount Elmo (2050mt) and to the entire circuit. The family was really hospitable, and the father/chef was amazing. The best dish was the chicken breast with potatoes, accompanies by a pumpkin sauce. Also rhe home made strudel was unforgettable, especially that it had giant sultanas. Finally, the view from the dining hall was spectacular, overlooking Croda Rossa mountain 3000mt Highly recommend for families and single travellers."

"We booked a 3-hour sauna and welness session at the camperpark. We paid for 7pm until 10pm, and they started announcing the sauna will be closing at 9pm. We were outside by 9.30 because of the many announcements. So the last hour was not relaxing at all, and we paid too much. Do not book the sauna and welness session at 7pm, but the one earlier (at 5pm). For each additional hour, you only pay 3 euros. They should also not offer the possibility on their website. The sauna and welness itself is beatiful! Worth a visit."

"We stayed in a group of 50 people for 4 days. Nice facility. Panoramic location. Staff were friendly enough but lacking in hospitality. Any serious negatives? The spa is located in the basement of the annex. You can imagine that at -10°C, walking 30 meters in slippers and a bathrobe isn't exactly the best. The downside was the food: breakfast was like a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star. Dinners were appalling. The quality was extremely low and the quantity was very, very low. I've been going to the Dolomites for 20 years, but I've never eaten so badly. Everything needs to be reassessed, starting with the chef and the restaurant staff. I could never return."

Hotelli on iso erillisiä rakennuksia, mutta voit mennä yhdestä toiseen käytävien läpi. Jokainen kulma on mukava ja hyvin puhdas. Spa on valtava ja erittäin miellyttävä.
