Nice hotel in the area outside the city It was very full when I was there. Staff was really friendly and the view was even nice.

Kids friendly hotel, easy to reach. Ambience feels like home. For additional would be more comfort if on its window glass can put on heat rejection window film so it will make room temperature feel comfy at noon, especially for room with sunset view.

Pelayanan tidak ramah dan saat melakukan gym sempat terjadi insiden dimana anak kecil dibawah usia 8 tahun dan lebih dari 5 anak yang seharusnya tidak diperkenankan masuk berlarian hingga lempar-lempar sendal dan tidak ada 1 pun staff yang berani bertindak. Saat berenang handuk tidak tersedia dan harus menunggu pengiriman dari office dan saat datang 1 kamar hanya diperbolehkan 1 handuk per kamat.  Sering kali concierge kosong hingga bawa koper dan barang sendiri mulai dari mobil hingga masuk kamar dan check out pun sama dikarenakan Front desk tidak pernah bisa dihubungi dari kamar.

room is spacious, and staffs are all well mannered. only request to the hotel is about the breakfast. I could see lots of small flies on the dinings at breakfast, on fruits, meats .. then I lost my appetite immediately .. need to do some pest control at breakfast, and I also want the hotel to have proper guide line for the venue for the breakfast, they said 1F or 6F , then it needs to be properly informed based on the plan to the guest accordingly.
